Game developers give away overpowered items to their friends and when they were found out they blamed it on "hacking". They only know how to take your money too. Don't listen to the people who believe this isn't pay to win when it is each month they release a new gatcha item that gives 1% atck and matck which isn't much but in the long run you'll never be able to compete in WOE or PVP against whales. Whales will pay over $3000 for a single card. Most f2p players have already quit the SEA server

This game refuses to allow me to play on my internet/wifi. I have FioS, so my connection is great. The only way I can play this game is on data and I find this to be a huge issue. I'd love to enjoy this game without worrying about using my data.

Cash grab. Exploits the popular, long-standing RO IP by loading the game with microtransactions and systems that mainly benefit large spenders. Pathetic excuse of a game to call itself Ragnarok Online. As a fan that has been playing RO games for over 10 years, I must painfully state that I feel utterly betrayed. Avoid this game and spend your money elsewhere.

Dialogs (from pets/NPCs) are not fun to read anymore. Also, I don't like to get every first job at Prontera. I liked before when every job had their own main city, and job change quests taught you the philosophy behind your job. This game feels soul-less compared to the original, but I still like it and is very addicting.

Introduces gambling in the form of gotchas and random loot boxes to kids. Heavy on pay to win. Fun game but ruin by micro transactions. Not recommended for kids.

i love this game lol. as soon as i started playing i was addicted. great game play, and super easy to follow quests. only issue, all day i haven't been able to get on. start up screen loads but when i click to start the white bar that usually shows my name is blank and it won't load in. it's possible it's server maintenance or a server crash. it would just be nice if they let you know on the start up screen. update; it was a server maintenance

Good mix between a clicker to spend some time and a full fledged mmorpg that doesnt take a toll on your routine. ...Sadly enough it will take some time yo show its flaws. The most glaring ones: glitches, bugs or straight up missing/unfinished content without warning. There is no support/help page besides a set of generic questions. if you get yourself stuck in a bug you are done. If is not the case the game is really fun.

This is a sweet game with just the right sauce! Easy to pick up an play the auto run is very helpful especially for mobile, story lines are great, atmosphere is wonderful, style is cute. THE ONLY REASON I'm writing this is the brand new update to fix the Google account issue it subsequently LOCKED ME OUT OF THE GAME just wanted to address that I hope it gets resolved soon, because like I said, love this game I will keep on trying to play an thus did not want to lower star score issues happen.

Game is great. There's a lot to do it terms of story and side story. The only problem I have is that sense the updated back in April 2019, every now and again, the game will load up to the start screen and once I click start, itll freeze right on the start menu. I've tried using the games support function, but it'll either freeze right at the start menu right when I click on support, or I'll make it to the support page and there's nothing to click on to send an error/problem report.

Itens in game are veery expensive... not for casual players... if you want to go higher levels... and there's an annoying thing that happens once a week at least... the game stops at the logon screen and there's nothing I can do to get into the game... just have to clean the data in applications settings and reinstall all the 5 GB... that's REALLY annoying!

Pay to win, gacha system punishes players too much and only whales who spend 700-800 dollars per month can get all the stat benefits provided by monthly events.

Last update ruined the performance on both of my mobile devices. FPS went down and GvG is totally unplayable

i won't up the stars to 5 until both ferris wheel and marriage can go for both sexes at the same time i have chars with different sexees and it's not everyone that's willing to marry, so if you can help me out here. Plus, now and then i experience a game crash where i have to uninstall and install again. which is really annoying given the 5gb. update: it's still crashing, so there's that. but since you guys responded i upped a star, after the wedding update goes out I'll put 5 stars.

As someone that grew up playing the original Ragnarok Online and following Gravity as they have continued trying to recapture the magic of the original game, this has been a very pleasing surprise. This is the first faithful adaptation since. That said, I still believe they're making the game too linear. The pushing of playing "with your lover" is also a bit much. The game could still benefit from more modern practices. Facebook still being used as a primary source of communication is a problem.

1/5 Stars, The game is nostalgic fun, Ive spent 100$ on this game but the login issue is unacceptable in my opinion. If all that was needed was a quick reinstallation it wouldnt be so frustrating, but the fact that I have to clear data caches' with the same result; a pausing download and a game that does not continue to operate correctly once installed, truly an excercise in futility. Im trying to receive daily log in rewards, and it shouldn't require this amount effort or energy

completely addicted, I love this game so much nostalgia it has auto play but I only use it to grind afk. the community are full of good helpful players some trolls but not enough to turn you off from chat with the Community. I would highly recommend giving this game a try and if you haven't played the first Ragnarok (PC version) I'd say now is a great time to play

Brings back memories. I used to play this when I was younger and it was a PC game. I tried to download it a while back on my PC but to my sadness there was something wrong with the file *womp* . I found this just cuz I randomly searched it and long behold I've been playin it non stop since then lol. I'm super happy about this game. it's fun!

Fun little game. Better than when it started. A lot of issues have been fixed. the huge issue is still the loot box style gambling system for items that cost hundreds of dollars to get from the specials. Most of the time you are guaranteed duplicates. 3 stars is the most I can give at the moment.

This game is a money trap. The in-game purchases are rigged. Game is filled with cheaters and bugs, which makes progression for most players harder, especially in war of emperium, war of crystal and Boss hunting. The Devs are not reliable. Fresh 8gb phone factory reset and still not enough space to play. After install there is a 3.5 gb update.... The game after updated comes to around 5.5gb making it only usable on rootable devices if below 16gb, which means most android devices.

The game was already p2win but I can let that slide. Mobile games have to make their money somehow. What gets me is that the corrupt devs/staff are using non-player acquirable GM items and accounts to compete in player related content like MVPing and PVPing. I've played a ton of mobile games in the past and I have never, NEVER experienced a dev team that intentionally harasses their own players like that. They claim it's 'hackers' but either option is bad. Either their game security sucks and people can hack in whatever they want, or the staff is corrupt and selling admin-type access to the highest bidder, or the GMs themselves are the ones griefing players. Big yikes. Don't be a fool like I was and forgive the devs over and over and spend lots of money on this game. Save your money and spend it elsewhere or you'll regret it like I do.

The player base had not been made aware that GMs existed let alone were able to get gear unobtainable to the playerbase, and would be competing with the playerbase as players. Devaluing the in app purchases and ability to experience the game. If hacks, the devs do not have an effective system for finding hackers or do not care. Which puts legitimate players at a disadvantage and closes of some aspects of gameplay viability. This diminishes the value and experience that I paid for, by allowing and not properly securing these aspects of their game.

nostalgic. it's not P2W. the items that you can get through the use of money are mainly cosmetic. the stats you would get from them and unlock are negligible but, they are great for character customization.

Money hungry people. I had an issue with being charged several times for an error made, refunded it and was instantly banned. Even though prior to this I've spent hundreds of $$ they don't care. They just want money, money, money. I seeked help from a GM who lowered the amount slightly but still requested I pay all the money back I refunded. Also, the chances on Gaccha gear is stupid, you have to spend a pretty penny just to get things you may want and the chances are very low.

Used to play RO when I was growing up, so I'm loving the nostalgia of it all. But every other day it freezes on the home screen and I have to clear the data from my phone and redownload 4GB. It's outrageous, and I'm about to just uninstall it permanently

Edit for Dev: To clarify, I couldn't even open the game. It crashed the moment I finished installing it. This happened three times in a row. There's no cache to clean up.

would have been 5 stars but login glitch still isnt fix. have to reintall at least twice a week. the moment i hit my screen where it states "touch start game" it sometimes doesn't do anything and the display word "touch start game" would disaapear and all im left is the main idel screen with no way to access the game. i think its a glitch with google play as i believe its not synchronizing properly. The only resolution i can think of is uninstall and reinstall which is a inconvenient.

I love this game. The gameplay and interface are simple and easy to dive in to. The community is active and it reigns in my nostalgia of the original quite well. Only giving this game 3 stars because of a reoccurring login issue I've had. After starting the game, it stalls on the opening screen until I'm forced to restart. It often requires me to reinstall the game to fix the issue. I'm not sure how many other people suffer from this but it is the only bug I've experienced. 5 Stars if fixed!!

Heavy heavy pay 2 win. Loved it but the gacha system became too much. The game started out well, but then I took 2 weeks off and came back to everyone having all gacha items that give demi human dmg and reductions. Aside from that, Pvp is just some weird Thing of one shotting people and if you don't, just fly wing away.

It feels like 17 years ago when I started playing Ragnarok Online on my tube monitor, but now the whole game fits in my pocket. It's very nostalgic, I feel like a kid again, life was so simple back then.. A lot changed in 17 years, I am glad this game is on my phone because of how rushed my life has become, now I can play it anywhere when I'm in between tasks. I never really thought I'd get into mobile games, but this one showed me that games can have gameplay improvements when ported to mobile.

The game literally crashes nonstop on middle-end phones, not going to buy a tablet for 1 game. If the game was more optimized for everyone I'd enjoy it, but who am I kidding? Issues like that in mobile games never get fixed or addressed regardless of how much money they make. If I know a handful of people who quit cause of it, then there has to be 1000s I don't know that did as well, many of us willing to drop money if we could actually even play without crashing every 5 min.

Everything you love about RO on your desktop, but on your phone! Graphics look great, gameplay has a few new tweaks and there's new features you'll have fun playing around with. Unfortunately, some features like the Emotes and others are impossible to figure out how to use, and other features like the Mentor program have nobody using them, and there's no in-game way of figuring them out, no help menus, nothing. There's a lot of work to be done still on the app, but if you enjoy RO you'll be happy

hi I'm having a issue with the game, when I hit log in after character select, it just gives me a black screen. any suggestions tried reinstalling multiple times now. I also cannot create a new character it says there is a issue

The game incentivises you to afk grind mobs but at the same time punishes you for doing so with the "stamina" system. You are given 300 stamina everyday which will go down as you fight mobs, once you are out of stamina the game will arbitrarily lower and limit exp and item drop rates. Ragnarok: Valkyrie Uprising/Path of Heroes was a better game but, sadly, that game was canned.

Caters to the wealthy. They added an auction house, which essentially removed all rare cards from every players grasp who can't spend $10000's in real money. The same few players consistently win every auction. Regardless if you're free to play, or pay only very little, unless you're loaded you'll never get the rare cards anymore. Gravity says they work hard to balance this, but there's absolutely no evidence of any such balance. It's pure pay to win, and the rich players dominate everything.

This Game has begun to decline. with exceptional failures. no support for bug/issues. every update causes more problems. Game Monitors(GM) refuse to help players and are busy lining their own pockets and ensuring favoritism is strong by ensuring certain players control the economics of the game. an elitist few given $1000s if not $10000 of value in gears and rare items from GMs so they can control In-game economics. DO NOT play this game. they only want your money and will leave you dissatisfied

nostalgic awesomeness. i believe they fixed the issue with the screen being stuck when logging in at the beginning UPDATES: 7/11/19 game got a new update and now the freezing prblem is back. and now the game has a lot more data to update when reinstalling so its a big pain. please fix this UPDATE: it is literally taking me an hour just to reinstall the game from the stuck screen problem. if it gets stuck again, ill just stop playing until they fix it.

Won't open! I was really enjoying this game (controls, graphics, and gameplay are great!) but it just stops opening. I have had to delete it and reinstall it to get it to run and now it stopped again. I dont want to keep uninstalling and reinstalling in order to play it. anyone else have this problem? love the game for first time ever experienced the login nightmare everyone is talking about. so I decided to uninstall to reinstall and for some reason now I cant even reinstall the game. which sucks because this is one of my childhood favorites that I used to spend hours playing with family and friends. I've invested some money into this version and now I cant even reinstall the game to play it. I feel like I've been robbed not only of money but fun that I have playing this game

The sheer amount of hours required to keep up in this game let alone catch up is more than a full time job. Whether you spending money or not. Enless you spend thousands to tens of thouands of dollars. This is the epitome of "games as a service" cancer. Fun and rewarding half way through. Then slows to a snails pace. Would not recommend enless you are unemployed or stupid with your money.

I like the game, good people. I wish they would remove stamina though. a lot of people who used to play this enjoyed infinite grinding. change from 5 to 1, I am tired of redownload a game every 5 log ins. I am tired of trying to find a party because this community is stupid and only want snipers for damage. I quit. I will not just make sniper character to participate in ET. make automatic party system like ToW and I will come back.

I've played RO since I was a kid, first MMO that I ever played and I am a HUGE Fan, Downloaded this game without thinking twice, the game is amazing, but I have to UNINSTALL and Install the game every damn time!!! When starting the game, "Geffen Array Issue" pops up and it stays there and it doesn't want to enter the game. This would be a 5 star review, but this login issue is ridiculous. Im using a Galaxy Note 9 and I know the phone is not the issue. This issue is every week. Disappointment

The devolper needs to get there stuff together. I've spent too much on this game and even more time trying to log in, Uninstall, clear cache etc. No real support team, just a bunch of money hungry people with no care for the people who support them.

Login issue seems to have been fixed, hopefully will stay this way. On to the game, this brings me back to my childhood days of RO, where there was magic in simplicity. This game delivers, and is a solid mobile RPG by any standards, I would go so far as to say that it is better than most 'RPG's out there. There is a huge amount of content waiting to be explored, and I love the fact that leveling and grinding allows both softcore and hardcore players to enjoy the game. *edit* LOGIN ISSUE AGAIN

The game is very good, with a great playability and good graphs. You can have a great fun with your friends (if don't have any, you can make friends ingame). Besides that, when it comes to the high competitive side (which should be fun, as well), there's a lot of cheaters and devs don't see to care that much. From times to times, they ban people for some days and after this soft ban, all the cheaters are back cheating. Hope some day devs fix this.

10 out of 10!!! The game feels exactly and even better than the original version on PC, but there are some issues that need to be fix. The game tends to crash at log in screen where reinstalling the game seems to be the only option... I've done it like 6 times already.... and the lack of TAB targetting system and an HP INDICATOR for the enemies could get really annoying pretty quickly since the big mobs of enemies we fight in the game.

good game but developer is too focused on the monetization of game rather than fixing the problems, especially during woc and woe (wars) , which is the most enjoyable part of the game, yet. since day 1 and launch of that, no fix. no updates. not transparent at all with what they are doing to fix the problems. Yet, if it is money related like selling ingame purchases, they are very fast with it. i had enough of this, uninstalled.

This game is adorably addictive, lots of quests, pets, and avatar items! There was an issue before with the game not loading for a few days but I'm happy to say that hasn't happened for about month. I love the nostalgia, hate the fact I have to constantly redownload the game just to play. it's annoying. some classes are way overpowered as well. drop rates are even worse than the original RO. u couldnt get a card to drop for the life of you. also the auction house uses bcc only which only helps the Wales out and not the peons. I hate how u cant get mvp cards unless u magically get a drop or u buy one with real money on the auction house.

I understand the pay wall, nothing is free. But I cannot forgive the absolute scam that some of the RNG is. I refuse to pay any more money. Your slot machine knows it's going to roll a losing hand before the graphic shows it. I got achievements for failure for rolls I hadn't even made yet. That is EXTREMELY insulting and suggests rigging. Make you RNG less rigged and improve your interface so there are fewer errors or prepare to fade away in a few months.

The game have a really nice gameplay but if your goals are Woe and WoC like me, it's impossible to play, too much lag, I'm talking about spending 55 seconds to get in hide mode with my GC, I can't put poison on my weapon and others spells, if they don't find a way to fix that, I will find another game to play.

The game does not have a proper outlet for community feedback where staff can be easily reached for any concern. Staff is very slow and gives disjointed responses pertaining to the very concerning situation where some players seem to have acquired advantages through the help of internal staff. They said they permabanned the players. 1-2 days later player is online. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I HAVE REPORTED THIS APP AS FOR FRAUDULENT PRACTICES BY THE COMPANY. COMPANY IS EXTREMELY UNTRUSTWORTHY.

So absolutely enjoy the game, as much as it annoys me to have to reinstall the game basically every 2 to 3 days since it came out in the EU (played that server first to get an idea) you still haven't addressed it since it continues on in the NA servers. Your WHALES are paying so they can be big, and it seems your only in it for a CASH'N GRAB, all you keep doin is releasing P2W stuff. Tree of Savior did the same thing and have no NA player base.

Game itself is okay if you have friends or join a guild and make friends but the power level here is pretty unfair if you start late and it can become very p2w. The gacha each month has a 1% dmg increase if you get it so it can add up very quickly as there are several items each month that can give this. The company is also very money hungry and will push hard for you to spend money and will not give a rats ass about you. Ask for a refund for any situation? Dgaf. banned. wont even reason or talk

A PAY TO WIN GAME. I have been playing since the release of this game. It has many glitches, bugs, and quality of life issues that the community has expressed already. I've heard of players using "add-ons" that are supposed to give them an advantage or improve the quality of life of playing the game, but I couldn't tell if someone was an add-on user. This company bans players to temporarily solve an issue instead of developing their game to prevent cheats/hacks. The customer support is not helpful. If you do get your account banned even if you know you did nothing wrong, the appeal process to get unbanned has no resolution and is met with automated general responses without telling you why you have been banned and they do not provide any evidence. Players just report other players who think they are cheating or exploiting to have them "carefully investigated" is how the ban system works which is prone to human flaws of judgment. Also, the servers have very bad lag when there are a lot of players in the same area which makes WOE/WOC unplayable at times. In conclusion, I don't recommend anyone try playing this game in its current state.

Game is awesome and brings back alot of memories since I was an original KRO player. Awesome graphics, awesome gameplay, pretty much awesome everything! What I do have to COMPLAIN about, I did have to reintalled the game EIGHT times since playing (Jan 8) Don't know what's going on but it gets stuck on main loading screen. Nothing wrong with my Note 8 or connection. Game's always up to date as well. Was 5 stars now 1!!! I just DL the game yesterday and now I'm stuck on screen...again... I'm DONE!

It's a cool game, cute art and lots of nostalgia. But there's a issue that bugs me: why can't I trade item's with my friends? How can a merchant team up with friends to create gear if they can't trade materials? another problem is the constant need to clear the data and download 3gb+ content again, and just one more reason I'm uninstalling: if you change the install location to SDcard the data still is kept on internal storage... it's just too big of a game to keep in internal data.

People with god items that havent even been released in the CN server showed up and started competing with the player base in PvP and PvE ruining the gameplay experience. They were supposed to be banned but some of them are still logging in. The game lags like hell, cant even handle not-so populated maps. Bans 3rd party program users for just a few days then lets them play again cause theyre big spenders. This game is a mistake do not play this game.

A consolidated and condensed version of the mmorpg we all loved. Zeny sold for money by NPC vendors. Player shops have been done away with and replaced with the "Exchange" which diminishes player control of market fluctuation. With the auto-targeting system, who needs to bot? I miss the knuckle breaking, finger aching crawl to the top the PC version made us endure. I feel as though I'm auto-grinding until the game becomes enjoyable. This is Ma's chicken noodle cold pressed from a can.

I defended this game during launch and rated it five stars. I've spent money and played the game contently. However, now with all the hacking going on and developers not doing a thing about it, it leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Some accounts had GM gear (ex. +100 all stats) that's not available to the normal playerbase and it's just ruining the game. Yo, me and my friend can't log in the game using our google accounts. my friend has facebook account linked into his google account and he could log it in just fine. meanwhile, I dont have a facebook account linked to mine therefore I can't log in via google account. please help asap.

Needs fishing skill, and personal homes. I enjoy this game, it can be a grind, but overall is a fun game. There are paid aspects, however they don't really matter either entirely. They run lots of events to help players progress at a better rate. F2P players have chances at all paid aspects of the game by doing dailies, and playing. You can buy premium for game currency off the exchange if you want the premium buffs on your character, as well you can get tries at the gashapon's from doing dailies.

As many people have mentioned here, the game is great, but has login issues. There is no rhyme or reason, you are able to log in and then unable to get in for days in a row. Email to address provided here was blatantly ignored. People complaining in this reviews get copy-paste responses. Not the level of service I would expect from Gravity... Update. Log in issues are still ongoing. Availability time around 50%. Clearing cache does not help. Clearing data? Game downloads almost 4Gb of data...

Nostalgia kicks in with playing this game, and it brings me back time when I played the orig RO, and i loved it. My concern is that the developers are allowing addon users roam around free is disappointing. How can you keep up with addon users when they can wipe out the MVP board, and the fact you still let them play by only giving a 7 day ban. I as a whale who supported this game want my back for no permanent ban on addon users. Ps. JarktheShark, Ggzz, digbildomd and Pseudomage are addon users.

Don't get me wrong, I love this game, but there is a lot of things I would love for the company to change. First, the server hours. I'm from Latin America and with light saving time, I won't be able to play woe nor woc which is one of the most entertaining and challenging part of the game. I wish the server could also adapt to time zones. Also, it's been crazy the amount of lag there is when playing woe and woc.

Game is good. That being said couldn't hurt to add a setting that keeps the camera at max distance at all times, Maybe remove the battle time for premium characters, Make the control stick static and the screen moves camera 360° on horizontal axis a setting for those that prefer the iRo style, and finally do away with the time in between character deletions atleast.

Why there is no free summer costume event like China server? Also there are many bot players wandering around

a lot of things don't work. for instance, the auto targeting skill that says to press and hold the auto combat button doesn't work. hiding head gear doesn't work. and tbh having to go to the map each time to find a location for quests is so annoying. if you could just tap the quest objective and it could take you there that would make things 10x easier.

If the drop rates even remotely resembled RO I'd probably still play, despite the fact that cards can be purchased from an in game auction house for literal thousands of dollars in real currency. Sure, the game is playable without monster cards, but the card combos are what made the original game fun. I have no problem spending money, but for the entry fee to whale land here, I could buy a new car. Also, the game has to be reinstalled almost daily due to a bug that has persisted since launch

A soulless, mildly buggy game that doesn't care about me at all. I'm still loving it. Dangerously addicting. (Can you please fix the bug that makes the basic grey contacts look brown in the 3d models? thank you ~)

My experience so far has been mixed. I'm having fun one minute, go to launch the game the next day and can't get passed the start menu. in less than 2 months, I have had to clear all data and redownload everything 5x. I know a thing or two about game testing and I'm hear to say, how dare you have a product out that is in this condition. Hey producers, get your ass off of your shoulders and give us a product without "known" issues. Hey developers, push harder. Hey test team, include more info.

Just like the original Ragnarok Online on PC. This brings back a lot of memories. The gameplay is fantastic. It's an anime based open world MMO with lots of quests and things to complete. Socialize with other players, form parties, get married, etc. There are optional microtransactions and this game is very P2W in that you can use your $$$ to buy money/items. Don't let that stop you from having fun in this game as it is one of the few P2W games that is still 100% enjoyable as a F2P.

PLEASE ADD MUTE BUTTON TO LOADING SCREEN. I had a youtube video playing when I first opened the game and the audio from this completely drowned out 5 men screaming about rainbow six. This game is OBNOXIOUSLY loud with no mute/volume adjusting until you are actually playing! I can hear the audio from my head phones in the next room!

Game itself is pretty fun, standard MMO fair and what have you. but none of that matters if you can't play the game, encountered a bug where i'm stuck at the start screen. hitting the "press here to start" center, or the "help" button in the top right does nothing. tried refreshing caches, closing and reopening ect, to no avail. I've read that uninstalling the whole game and redownloading it should fix the issue...if only temporarily, as the issue is common and prone to reacurring.

The game has LOOT BOXES and P2W mechanics that get shoved down your throat 24/7.The drop rates are lowered if you arent spending cash and the multiple bugs and broken game mechanics are still NOT fixed and continue to get ignored for the monthly "gacha" which is the LITERAL equivalent of LOOT BOXES. The people in charge utilize underhanded techniques and preys on people who are prone to gambling addiction. They also illegally send "God" items to their personal accounts to prey on regular players

Playing the game since its beginning, slowly it became such a pain due to the growing amount of hackers and the toxic community with the complete abscence of any staff/developer addressing this problem. Also, the gacha system makes even p2w players complain about the abominable low rates (e.g: very common to spend A LOT of money without getting literally anything worth). Could be a lot better but the company seems to have no intention to improve the experience. They are killing RO.

It's not that good, not that bad.. not good as in old RPGs, there was a TRADE feature... but in newer RPGs.. it's more business oriented.. U have to buy stuff for your own character.. Not much fun this way i suppose. Ragnarok online Valkyrie uprising (rovu) was much better.

Probably the best mobile rpg I've played, i.e., the closest to a PC version, with little typical unwanted mobile features (time-gating, stamina, etc); It does have some of the usual mobile limitations, but they are quite reasonable. If I had started playing several months ago it would be great, but unfortunately I feel like there is no low level community, and with the limitations that they do have, it will be months before I can play with others to a reasonable degree, so I can't be bothered.

The game is very nostalgic, but that is where it ends. There are a lot of things wrong with payment systems, the gatcha rates are terrible. Spending $60 cad only got the bum prizes. Yes, you can go free to play, and the events are fun. But when it comes to spending money, unless they increase the rates, don't bother.

It's been happening too often where the game just gets stuck on the log-in screen. I would press start and nothing happens at all. I can fix it, but I have to erase data and then re-download everything, and just doing this for far too many times gets pretty annoying. I don't want to have to keep doing this all the time (so I already know the solution, but it's not good enough). I would love it to just work. I love Ragnarok, but this ongoing issue really puts me off from wanting to play it.

I'm rating this with one star until some action is taken to fix the problems this game presents on its main content(woes and wocs), like 3 seconds ping, and actually making it playable.

A PAY TO WIN GAME. I have been playing since the release of this game. It has many glitches, bugs, and quality of life issues that the community has expressed already. I've heard of players using "add-ons" that are supposed to give them an advantage or improve the quality of life of playing the game, but I couldn't tell if someone was an add-on user. This company bans players to temporarily solve an issue instead of developing their game to prevent cheats/hacks. The customer support is not helpful. If you do get your account banned even if you know you did nothing wrong, the appeal process to get unbanned has no resolution and is met with automated general responses without telling you why you have been banned and they do not provide any evidence. Players just report other players who think they are cheating or exploiting to have them "carefully investigated" is how the ban system works which is prone to human flaws of judgment. In conclusion, I don't recommend anyone try playing this game in its current state.

the game is fun, but they keep having events where mobs only spawn on one map at a certain time. it's really annoying to have to fight so hard for nothing. also their p2w is off the charts. their translations are confusing at times. some things will say one thing, and something similar with the same effect will be worded another way.

I've played RO before Maplestory even came out so I know the game too well. Brilliant game. We have all been waiting for this. I'm disappointed. When we started, right away we knew the game turned out to be so pay-to-win. I know funds are needed to keep the game going, but this messed up the game so much that the difference between free-to-play and pay-to-win is too blatant. The botting is great! But ksers emerge from it. You can't kill an MVP without someone popping up and KSing your monster.

The game revolves around boss hunting to make $ and one class and build ( Pierce LK) is so clearly overpowered it beats entire groups trying to compete. The game encourages multi-accounting with an emulator to be efficient, having your own students and slave priests to assist your main character. The pay to win factor is out of controll with you able to directly buy ingame money and a few Whales spending tens of thousands of usd owning the ingame auctions. You also have RNG lootboxes "gatcha".

Recently has been found out the GMs have been exploiting the game, using itens not available to regular players to compete against them. After an official statement regarding the issue, assuring this was dealt with and all accounts were banned, yesterday the same players could still be seen active and logged into the game. Developers lack of respect with its player base is outrageous, there is no communication whatsoever, and any attempt to complain on Facebook gets a real ban. Dont support this!

Getting really REALLY sick of having to uninstall and re-download the whole 4gb game once a fortnight. Devs please deal with the broken login issue, all these re-downloads are costing a fortune in phone data and my (very expensive) premium game time. Game is great though! 11/10 mobile game love re living the rag. ps. SERIOUSLY fix the thing please.

NO SUPPORT: When you click "Support" In Game it takes you to a FAQs menu. If there is a way to talk to a real person, I must be too dumb to figure it out. I have heard a single person answers a few questions on FB. CHEATING: The developers had let players cheat for months. They only temporarily banned players caught cheating and those who used an alt to cheat for their main got rich, which honest players suffered. UNBALANCED: Lord Knight has dominated since release. They get balanced in a future patch, but have been getting rich for months making it easy to gear and play any other class, while others struggle to make zeny.

Developers were found to be using normal accounts to compete with normal players with daily activities, and are using "godly" equipments which are not accessible to normal players as well. Support page is not responsive at all and does not issue refund requests. 2 days ago, another "hacker" was running around the marketplace and was purchasing expensive items with the cost of "1 zenny", the ingame currency. Again, no solution from the developers and no response from the support page.

The devs were caught using unobtainable items (some of the best and most expensive items in the game) on their personal accounts on live servers to gain a huge advantage against normal players. They will tell you these were not the GMs' personal accounts but all the evidence, particularly the account IDs, are stacked against them. DO NOT believe thei cop out apology, these were the GMs' personal accounts. Cannot recommend this game to anyone that cares about fair play.

Easy learning curve, all stuff is in handy, beautiful and perfectly designed models, music so amazing and sounds are incredible. So much recall of old Rag. Thank you all for making it work so nice on mobile :)

Just don't play it, keep playing whatever other moble game you already dumb cash on.

This game is extremly bad. Players are botting the game like crazy, no way to report them. The game is extremely buggy, crashes all the time and freezes. Also there is no trading, game controls the market and price of all times. Everything is geared to pay to win, you want the best items? Pay money, you want free in game coin pay money, you want to do anything? Pay pay pay. It wouldn't be bad for all the other bugs and problems this game has. AVOID IT!!!

Game was great for 2 days but all of a sudden can't get past the "touch to start" menu. Don't know if this is a server issue or what but ive waited 30 minutes with no change in screen and have uninstalled/reinstalled, still no change. If this is a common bug to be fixed I'll give 5 stars but for now its a 4 Graphics are great for a mobile RO game and really has a nostalgic feel for what the PC game was for me. I was really enjoying it.

Poor everything. Lag, cheaters, devs giving their friends god items and then 'claiming' to ban them as cheaters who hacked the game, terrible rng. They dont even have a dedicated forum to have constructive feedback or discussion. Rather they prefer to use a sh*tty facebook page to do all that. The balancing of the game is terrible. Some classes are completely useless. Theres no system to boss fights to allow a more dynamic team make up.

Is a good game. After the release everything seems to run ok. Is well polished, good graphics and very nice class jobs gameplay. But it requires too much time to advance. It isn't exactly a Con, but this isnt a cellphone game. Even the devs know that, since they give you android emulator links at their official game page. If you have the time, is a great game.

this is probably my favorite phone game ever. if you have ever played the original Ragnarok this is definitely worth downloading. For all its issues it's still just the best. if you're looking for a true MMO experience on your phone look no further.

With the latest update I can no longer log in to the game. It just displays a "You are using a Google Account" message and stays on the start screen. And this is on a Pixel 2 XL. Edit: As confirmed by so many others here, this is a recurring problem. Clearing the data and practically reinstalling the game will get it to work TWICE. The moment uou try to open it for the third time, you're stuck at login.

You will get a 5 star once you fix your login bug. Every other day it wont load my characters, even after I restart my phone. I have to uninstall and reinstall my game. It is completely ridiculous! Fix your game!!!!!! Edit: I tried your suggestions and it still doesnt work!!!!!! I had to uninstall and reinstall the game. It is a waste of time!!!!!!!! 😤

The game has great gameplay, just like classic Ragnarok, but after complains and complains, the most funny feature (wars emperium and crystal) is always laggy and has huge delays and also the events are always p2w motivation.

On launch i rated 5 star, but if i could i would give 0 now, to many problems and nobody care about (not even the customer service, which only give us robotics answer...)... we constantly suffer with bugs and there was even hacked items in-game, i also got with a lot of other players stuck on a defective server channel and the devs did nothing, they let us waiting till the next day when was going to have a maintenance and give us (in truth, to all players even those which didn't suffer) the usual maintenance reward x2...i'm done, who knows if they get it done propely i'll come back and starting playing again...

App won't open. Can someone tell me what the system requirements are? Just to be sure. I have Android 6.0 with 2GB of RAM. EDIT: Thanks for the support, currently playing the game and as an old RO veteran i mist say this is the best reinvention of the game as an app yet! Graphically improved but still keeping the classic style that made Ragnarok Online such a welcoming and entertaining game. Keep it up.

update: Game is functioning well now. Having a blast being able to play with my sister and get back to our old happy memories from playing on PC. The game is fun but I keep having to delete and re-install it for whatever unknown reason in order for the game to start up past the loading screen. I've already contacted someone previously and still have had no word. Like I said great game, but the deleting and re-installing every other day is starting to become a bother.

The constant reinstalling just to be able to play is getting really annoying which sucks because I'm a huge fan of the PC game and love the nostalgic factor this one brings. Please fix this!.... Good nostalgia keeps me playing, but it's crazy the amountbof p2w they enable. The real money auction house for boss cards is absurd. Overall, good gameplay and great progression, but don't bother thinking about getting competitive gear freely, wich is really bad for the community.
