Love this game and wish I could give it 5 out or 5 but the fact that there is no ad watching to boost currency is frustrating. Look forward to updates but not holding out hope.

Great start to a new match game. Easy to play great twist on the norm. Graphics are still far behind others but game is improving day to day.

Same old, same old in the end. Pay your money and take your chance. Pay no money and get nowhere fast - takes ages to get decent crew or rides. Annoying that there is such a delay waiting for fight to start or indeed do anything. I would prefer more fight time than screen jighling around, but kids probably enjoy that. The pauses for loading every time you want to do something is irritating but other than that reasonably enjoyable.

This game is actually pretty fun. It's similar to Sega Heroes in it's design and style and since that game got shut down I've been looking for similar. Drop rates are pretty weird so you get a lot of dupes but overall I enjoy this game! Art is pretty sweet too.

All these games are the same, if you don't spend money then it's to get the crew you need to make it thru this game. Plus every time you get a free epic hero they always give you the same people who you already have.

So far so good. Standard gem match concept, not a slight, it just is. What stands out (so far) is the over the top story, very reminiscent of a certain car stealing game's, style? I dunno. I like it, it's nothing game changing. Build a base, wait for timers. We will see in a day or so.

I have 3 different Google play accounts on my phone so my kids can play their own separate accounts of the same game. We just log out of one and log in with another on that game. This game has the same thing but when we log in to a different google play account the same game pops up instead of a new one. We should be having 3 different games but only get the same one. Why is that? I wish you would change that. Makes no sense to me.

I just love this game... of course there will be a little money spent but for entertainment purposes its worth it.

So far so good. I love the idea of gangsters combined with the base builder idea. The game is much like others of its kind in regard to grinding for resources and materials unless you pay first. Otherwise I have no problem with it

It's a good game but I get about three games done then it will freeze or slow right down then I have to shut down game and go back in to continue if you could fix it that would be great

Great game. Great concept. Just think they should be other resources to gain items and characters without spending money. Just don't turn this game into a micro-transaction mess

It has taken me a few weeks, but I am finally figuring out this game and now making progess. Found an alliance that is very helpful.

Love it but the gens should be more then 3 I say boost it up to at least 30 gems instead of 3 diamonds

First match 3 game i actually find fun and wanting more. The mix of games that is rolled is into this awesome game is great. The collection system is very fair and upgrading is free to play friendly as you train units to upgrade with. VIP is very cheap for a month. Very generous with giving out characters for free, i have already got 3 rare characters and they hold their ground. Don't mind energy system seems well balanced. I'd basically given up on mobile gaming till i found Puzzle Heist.

So far so good. I just started and so far its a little different than other match 3 games. The story line is pretty good.

Good then very very bad !!!! I have reviewed this game twice now, once was ok, the second was not bad, now its terrible, i had very good hopes for this game, progressing was not to bad, and game play was above average, but now its absolutly trash !!!! I have spent good money hoping to get at least a reasonable crew, but alas no, only 2, the test have been 3 or 4 star , rather than let my alliance down i will play through the next war then delete, its a shame but DONT be fooled !!

Ok, I'll be blunt. Fun for a couple days but then you realize purchases are way overpriced for what you get. Matchmaking is way too tough - you are always significantly overpowered. Heist missions are way too difficult. Amount of cards needed to upgrade us ridiculous. Progress is too slow to upgrade buildings. It's like you guys added everything people complain about in games to this one game. Reduce prices 90%, lower upgrade threshold by 90%, fix matchmaking & game would be playable.

Very good game overall, the free gift at the start is very useful and Gameplay is smooth plus story does remind me of Fast and Furious movies. I would highly recommend trying this if you like Match3 RPGs.

It's a pretty cool game but there's a few things that I don't actually understand about it & how to use some of the settings.

Pvp mode is really poor. Opponents are always way more powerful. I'm level 7 and I can't win more than twice in a row. Absolute slog to get any decent characters that are 2 stars or above. Only pulled 2 characters at 3 stars which means I do pretty much nothing but daily login currently.

Love It Already! It's got everything you want and more. What would enhance it is that you can pick your own crew members- the crew members that you really want.

This is a really cool game just need to be able to move buildings around and a exit button edit: you should add trade 10 contact draws for a super card also have player to player chat with those 3 this game even better for all of us

Dissapointed , i had hopes for this game, its not to bad, However!!! I know its a lucky dip when you pay and try to buy heros, BUT i have now spent a few pounds , and not oncr have i got a 5 star hero, in fact i have got nearly the same 4 star ones everytime, consequently i will not be spending any more !!!!

I had to download this game back on my new phone. Since than the game starts good of but lil later the game works very slow shooting next level doesn't load or very very slow and than totally freezes whole phone and lot of static.

Pay To Play.....started off good but now cannot progress as Characters are not high enough level to continue. This means you cannot earn required items to increase the level of characters. You have to purchase. Shame as was enjoying the game. And to the developers, I am a millionaire so can afford to pay but won't as you are just con artists. Make people buy the game but don't con people out of money.

Was a great game. Devs messed it up by getting greedy. Devs won't release what the drop rates. Understandable cause the drop rates suck. The game makes you buy packs or rely on black market purchases in order to progress. Adding rides to the game was nice. Devs once again screwed the pooch by not increasing cash gained to allow team, bldg and ride growth. Too bad game had potential. Now it's doomed to be a failure.

Addicted so bad to this game. Perfect balance of strategy. Raid is horrible always put up against players rated so much higher than me it is a waste to reroll as well just wasting cash. How can i invite family to join my crew please?

I have been playing this game since the 1st week it came out, and i had to take two stars away because, no matter what i do i can not get a epic or legendary contact. Even when i earn a gold contact coin i only get three star people. I even bought some gold contact and still only three star people. This is BS. My team has been maxed out the last three updates, and i can't get any farther in the stages.

This game is very good. I like the battle system, though having some extra power-ups would be an improvement. I have an issue however - the Contact option only gives the same 4 heros almost every time. That is no good... 5* anyway because the game is really good.

Very original and unique experience and I'm 6 days deep.. says a lot of the different styles of gameplay they use ... Thank you developers!!

A fun game, played maybe 4 missions. The issue is that attacking is based on the area of matches. It just ruined the game to the point of uninstalling after those few missions. Damage should carry over, due to having no matches in the area are possible that is needed. A lot of potential here, but not right now

More greatness, I had no idea this existed for an entire year even though I play Top Drives daily and Rebel Racing at least once a week

4now is good but needs improvement and needs to not be so hard from beginning, and not many free chances to get a better recruit

This game freaking rocks lol best puzzle game I've ever played in my life candy crush has nothing on puzzle heist!!!!! I'd give 10 stars if possible

It is a typical matching game but interesting with Fast and Furious type of story line ... we will see how it goes

Ok for level 1 and 2 you guys are on what seems to be a great game now after that it seems to freezevand not go any further now with the game you have the story line and everything people will spend money but not if they cant get it to stop freezing so plz fix whatever problems you may have and ill be happy to come back and give a higher rating.

Its been a really cool game. The money and silver bars shouldn't be so hard or take so long to accumulate enough to purchase the upgrades.
