Non-existent customer support. I had an issue with a game glitch. I sent an email to "support". NO answer. Their view is give them your money to play, don't expect to be aknowleged when you need them. I have waited 4 days for an answer from support.
Would not even load. Black screen all the way!! People say it's a pretty good game but I'm not going to wait forever to get it.
great game. i like that the levels arnt too difficult you end up stuck on them for days. the only issue i have is after ten levels if you dont have enough stars or diamonds you have to wait at least a day to continue. i kbow this is so you'll spend money and buy the diamonds but its still annoying. other than that, i love it.
i can't play this game after i install it its pitch black no loading screen no nothing ..all black ...i uninstalled it and reinstallled it again still not working...i got a samsung s9+ so i dont know wot is the problem
I have been waiting since March for them to fix a level that doesn't work! All they say is "we are investigating".....worst tech and customer support ever!!!
When I download it I just get a black screen nothing comes up. I have started my phone over and installed and uninstalled three times nothing sounds like I'm not the only person to have this problem Gabby Lopez has the same problem. What's weird about it us I've never had this kind of problem in any game before. What you need to do is figure it out .
When installed, I only get a black screen when I click the app for the first time. I have a Galaxy Note 8, Android Version 8.0 (Oreo). My phone is up-to-date with the most recent software for my phone. I used to play this on Facebook, but this app does not work on current Android phones.
So tell me why I have to give contact permission in order to play the game? Why do you need access to my contacts?

Why on earth would I want my music to turn down while I'm playing? To hear the game's music instead because it's so much better than mine? Appart from that, good app.

Installed but game doesn't load screen stays black. Have uninstalled and reinstalled 4 times. Game still will not load, screen still black. I played thru Facebook. It's a great game, I love it. Very disappointed.
Like it just not sure whats wrong where i play level and it kicks me back to start of level 😞 it use to work for me i wont give up tho i still like this game!!!😌
there's just a black screen when I open game was a good game I'm uninstalling the game until this gets fixed and you won't get a higher rating until it gets fixed
I love this game but I just got a new phone and have tried installing this again. I cant get it to work at all tuened phine off and on several times uninstalled and reinstalled multpile times and all I get is the black screen it wont load. i went to my phine settings and turned on permission still wont work picth black screen. please fix this I have a motorolla moto e5 cruise it worked fine on my old phone. fix issue and I'll rate it 5 stars

the game itself will not load nor is it possible to play. it kicks on and you only see a black screen. nothing else. please fix it.
I really like this game, lots of fun to play, but, i will probably have to uninstall it. Because, there is no way, to get jewels, unless you buy them. I will never buy boosters, coins or jewels. Since i can't get jewels, can't get more boosters. Maybe if you set it up, you get some jewels if you watch a video. Cost to much to get extra moves. Disappointed i will have to give up playing your game.
Was just fine before switching phones and moving to android 9. Seems to be incompatible with it - black screen and cannot start.
Been playing this game for three years now all of a sudden, have a new phone and all I get is a black screen. Read a lot of reviews from other people who are just getting a black screen. This really stinks I've played this game forever. Please explain and fix.
I truly enjoy this game and loved playing all the many levels until I complete a level and the game wont progress to the next level....very frustrating and irritating
Thanks pudding pop I played as as guest to see if I liked it then I decided to sign in to Facebook for this game to see my rank before doing so I was was on level 0 something an after signing in what do you know I was put back to the beginning what the hell😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😢
Here's what I think: It appears that quite a few other users are having difficulties getting this app to work on newer devices. My Verizon Google Pixel XL 2 is doing what quite a few others are having problems with. I get an orange Cookapps screen and nothing else. I really like this game, I hope the folks at Cookapps can make it work again.
When I go to open the game it shows only a black screen, I've restarted my phone thinking that was the problem, and uninstalled the app/reinstalled and still nothing
i absolutely loved this game but it wouldnt let connect to facebook when i tried to open the app so i tried uninstalling and re-installing it now it wont load
This cannot be rated because it does not load, should be removed as the owners are ignoring potential players requests to fix it.
I like that you can choose more than 3 pudding pops in a row. It's very interesting. I'd love this game. It's my favorite game also.
Hi. FIX for the black screen is to turn all the permisions on for this aplication. You can do that by going to go to phone settings then to applications, then find pudding pop aplication, click on it, scroll down to permissions and turn on all permissions on (optional you may click on 3 dots in up right corner and sellect all permissins . Then you can play the game.
its fun to play. the only thing i dont like about this game is that its a little to easy, it needs a little more of a harder chalenge
