1. If I went to get a character by ad I would watch the whole thing and it would glitch and restart the app if I tried to use it. 2. I can't get any characters to go upstairs or even inside of the elevator. I used to have this app when it didn't cost any money and the creators didn't want money but wanted kids to have fun, I hope that they can go back to that.
