All I want is a graphically nice mahjong tile game like the microsoft windows version that's fun and a time passer. This one has great graphics but ridiculously hard to solve. Apparently there is only ONE right way to solve it. Very frustrating to say the least. It gets discouraging and loses the "fun" factor. My search will continue. They need to allow more than one way to win. Very disappointed.
Imperial mahjong really makes you think on how to make you moves so can possibly get a good score. I thoroughly enjoy playing this game and l highly recommed it to those who Enjoy playing mahjong games.
Regardless of the description, does not use GPG, so no way to back up your progress or share between devics.
I love the sounds this game makes.! One complaint though. Sometimes when it shuffles the tiles don't move so we go through the process 3/4 times without them changing position. Otherwise a great game!
This app needs a major adjustment. The tiles are so small that I would be blind if I kept playing. Needs to be updated for android. You aren't allowed any shuffles. It would take a "rocket scientist" to accomplish much on this game. It is not "geered" for a 72 year old senior citizen. I am getting ready to uninstall.
can you make it easier to run on my samsung galaxy pls cause some of the leves become unplayable on a vertical screen. pls can you also make the Exit button show that was missing or lost somewere i think. otherwise was good but the lack of exit button annoyed me to the extent i had to uninstall. Sorry.
Not bad, but not the best mahjong game I've played by any means. The biggest issue for me was that each layout took a painfully long time to load.
'Good game ', so why only one star? On my Samsung Note it eats battery like crazy. Last night it used 2% in 15 minutes; and I was charging the battery at the time! It's gone from my tabohone.
Love the game, but would like to see a reset button for the whole game rather than having to uninstall and reinstall.
My favorite escape! This is the best mahjong game I've found. Thanks for keeping it on the free list!
But otherwise a good game, very addictive. For some reason the version I have doesn't have the config panel to the left but is under the ads at the bottom of the screen.
An app for people who like being punched repeatedly in the face. Imperial Mahjong makes tile-mazes with only one way through them: with so many dead-ends it means major stress and constant interruptions for reshuffling. Some boards have only 32 tiles: failure can come after just 3 moves. It's cracking programming, Gromit, but SO depressing. Each game is a World Memory Championship test to recall a sequence (of failures) like a pack of playing cards. I can't do it. Finding a no-shuffle solution is agony, and even then it seems more luck than judgement. Board 3 [60 tiles] took me 94 tries! Sad, yes, but I started counting and move-mapping when I thought this was a joke/spoof app. It isn't [it's ingenious], but some boards are still unsolved (unshuffled) after 140 attempts. It'd help if Mr Al G. O'Rithm, the lovely Irish chap who designs the boards, softened his approach. He's a purist logician, but I'm best mates with his rival, Phil O'Stine, and we just like matching the cool tiles! Paul, your app is beautiful and clever but sooo #!!∆*# discouraging! Please, stop punching me now.
love this game. very challenging...until I got almost to the end. Now it's crashing, freezing & spasming constantly. I can't get through a level anymore. It's nerveracking. Can you fix it?
Love this version, but cannot zoom in & larger playing boards are harder to see at first due to smaller tiles. Also would like to see more levels. Currently have been clearing the cache & starting over after getting 3 stars on every level. Another option I'd like to see is the ability to change the look of the tiles. Not a deal breaker, just like variety
Disappointed that there are only 6 sets of games. I played all the levels and now I will just uninstall the app. Was hoping for more.
Wont give me 3 stars on levels I beat first try without using undo. Constantly builds level so only moves available are losing ones. Doesnt seem very random on tile placement, "random mahjong" is way better. Ill stick with it and uninstall this one
Terrible game options, no screen rotation, no shuffle, and boards are preset with only a single solution. This is not the way it should be, it is a cheap mind game imitation. Is it a challenge? Sure, but not really with all of the built in cheat functions. Overall a terrible choice.
Solve the level without shuffling the tiles or lose points. Not your average Mah Jong, but so much better because it makes you think.
