Too many issues on this game to be honest, not enjoyable anymore. still unable to start any research, been over 3 months since reporting issue. Game glitches and I lose 100s of millions of rss yet they are only willing to compensate 100m of each... as that is the highest they go, sure if I spent ££ it would be a different story. A complete joke.

Evony as a game is quite interesting and addictive, I liked the game so much so that I ended up having 2 account and made quite a big in-app purchases to boost and speedup my game play on both account, but realized the purchases to boost are quite useless. The game buff are not quite working. Example the VIP buff which also increase with levels on any purchases. VIP buffs like additional March slot, March speed etc. Which really makes me wonder whats the point in purchasing if they don't work.

This game is awesome. There was a server update and I was very worried about not being able to access my account. It would have been catastrophic to me if my Monarch was destroyed. The people at Evony not only protected all monarchs but added server rewards. I am extremely happy with the service I have received from this game. Thanks to everyone at Evony. Also this is the best build and play game I have played to date. I would like to add that their customer service is awesome. Very professional

Don't be fooled by the screen shots and videos, this game is nothing like it is dipicted. About 0.001% of the game is of these puzzles. Even the mystery puzzles are not the same in the game as the video nor are the graphics. This is a very expensive real time poor imatation of Age of Empires rip off with unrealistic goals to get as much micro transactions as possible. Fake deceptive advertising should be sanctioned by Google Play. These guys came under scrutiny in 2009 nothings changed.

Over a month ago many people were unable to log in. during which time my bubble droped.CS admitted a problem and "said" they would escalate my ticket to developers to my my troops returned. Haven't heard anything since. sad when in game support saw a problem but developers dont answer or CS never sent a ticket. after a month cs offers not even half RSS back.. no thanks gonna start charge back on the money I spent. dont bother with this game.

I love the game and the time I get to spend with people around the world BUT the lag is terrible you would think that with the money they get on all the servers they have and opening new ones all the time that they could upgrade the service they give. The only other thing that is extremly frustrating is CS sucks takes way to long to get an answer from them or any kind of help again with the money rolling in to them you would think they could have more people on staff. Game is much more a war game rpg than puzzle. It's free to play and there are many chances to become a lot stronger. Graphics are great and it's best to read a wiki about how to establish your city and make the most of the rewards. Not for FarmVille lovers. Each week your faced with a chance to kill and be killed 🤣. Translator needs improvement badly. It truly is a leader of this war genre.

The game is fun, but glitchy..and I'm in the middle of network issues again (so i took time to comment). I'm trying on 2 different devices on different networks and the game won't load. I have spent hundreds of dollars on this game and i am disappointed in its performance issues. I am seriously debating further gameplay if this is the quality offered on this platform.

This game is rollercoaster, it's hard to grow too much days to grow when you reach certain level! You have to spend to conitince to get stronger. The package they sell you have very little to give you go grow, so constantly have to be buying package! Now I can't even log into the game, it stuck and crash my tablet. You guys will lose businesses too much people are having the same problem not good.

lags way to much and to many glitches in the game. ypur limited to what kind of resources you can share with other alliance members and what they can share with you. you should be able to share anything in your inventory. It is way to hard to get gold which is what you need to refine your general and his gear. The lag will cause you to lose stamina and often times even troops in PVP. Really not happy since last server merge.

Bad Customer Service and In Game Theft. I have written several tickets and they have been closed without response. I have bought packages and not receive all items, weekend packages, and limited time packages. The game crashes on you during battles causing you to get attack. The game will remove your protection bubble when you still have time left it. The game is glitchy and crashes constantly causing you to lose money and time.

I enjoyed the game at first, but as you grow the bigger alliances atack repeatedly so you have a really hard time growing your city. Tends to be one or two alliances that are bad for this. I could not even get to the point of my troops being healed before getting attacked again. Update: Stuck to it and got an invitation to a larger alliance which definetly helped. When you start it is easy, starts getting tough, but if you stick it out and figure out the tricks, it is a fun game.

Many glitches, when there are game issues even with proof customer service does little to nothing 2 months to, if you call it resolution to get less than 10% for game glitch errors causing losses . They have no idea customer service is supposed to help paying customers, resolve issues give amiable credit fair and equitable resolutions . They not only wont do that , they have no authority to do much of anything.the most pathetic customer service I've ever encountered any where. I quit playing

It's good i thought because of puzzles. I was playing the game because of same thing. After, lvl-17 those puzzle stops; as they say developer were in drill of developing after 17. They say, development is going on since years...So, actually there is no development working on puzzle. Even awards related to it stops. Only thing, if they reward you with it, they are loosing money 💰, as you don't invest in dollars and simply win rewards by clearing puzzle.

played the PC game, loved it, this game wont even load. brand new phone. seriously watched it try to load for 10 minutes, uninstalled and tried again. nada. this developer is horrible at their job I guess.

Alot of stuff to do. Just the little guy can't survive without a alliance. Lots of coiners make the game more difficult but persistence can go a long way.

Nothing really horrible or great, the content is certainly close if not completely pay to win. As with all online PVP games, there are some good players and some bad, but this isn't the games fault. I don't need to win so the game kills time for me and it's free.

Worst experience. It is not as advertised. It is neither strategy game like age of empires nor a puzzle game. Both are stick together is such a way that you have to spend money on everything. There are also bugs, it hangs when a speedtime or upgrade popup appears. When you upgrade one farm all should be upgraded but one has to upgrade each object of any kind separately. First you pay gem to upgrade them it shows time in days and hours and you gain pay diamond to finish early. Sham Return money

Well. I cannot believe this runs for 4 years - it feels like beta, total UI fail. Slow menus, useless loadings, 1/4 of screen occupied by useless buttons, popup menus hidden behind those useless buttons, maybe 5 fps when scrolling thru event lists, chaotic event access (too many submenus, different entry points...) - seriously, this feels like designed by r'tards. Story (myst.puzzles) ends at L17, 'coming soon' means maybe another 4 years? Lack of any anti-frustration features. This is JUNK!

Overall good game. If you are patient you can ftp free to play this one. But be warned this is pvp and the big players will crush you. Play around with the game have fun. Puzzles are good but this is more about gathering resources making troops and fighting. That said the army and resource game is good. The game would benefit from a tutorial. Alliance is important to progress

Terrible game super glitchy and a few people in out alliance have been double charged so we contact their customer service and then they said contact Google play. We contacted Google play they said contact game developers. Just a bunch of circles they can't get their heads out of their bottoms to resolve the problem! Horrible experience don't download and if you do don't spend if you lose your account and they have to recover it they will but anything you purchase will not be recovered!

I really like this game, it is interesting, good for strategy and exciting. BUT the most annoying thing is when you can not connect to the game. It happens once in a while (right now for a fact 03/11/2020 since 10:20pm and it is 11:19 now)... It is impossible to login and this can result in loosing protection for the city. Once I was even attacked during because of this and lost a lot of troops and resources. It would be great if this could not happen...

Yet again, I cannot get things done because of the lag. I done EVERYTHING for Kings Path and then fell asleep before claiming and didn't get the general. Why???? LAG. I have had it time and time again. It is just this game. Nothing else. I hold Evony responsible. Give up Mehmed. I earned him. I will message you until you settle this. Make it right. Money makes the game more fun but you can play for free if other people spend money and you ride their tailcoat. Been playing this game on and off for years and I don't know why they started advertising this as a puzzle game...it's not. It's an RTS war game so if you're here for puzzles, you're at the wrong place.

Was enjoying the game then it all started to go down hill. I paid real money for 3 or 4 of the packs to help level up. Some came through ok others nope nope. Bought a pack during a kill event as I was all out of truce agreements spent the diamonds to get a 24 truce, the game took the diamonds didnt give me truce. I found out 2 hours later when the truce bubble went down. Bought another to cover it. I'm sitting with 3 support tickets same message send pic.

I suffered a loss of over 30 million in power because I could not bubble fast enough when the games 2 Pop-up ads to buy delayed me from shielding or bubbling fast enough. So I complained. I was given only 7,000 gems as compensation. I can get 20,000 gems plus other stuff for $5. 7,000 gems is $1 or $2, so I see it as a cheap move. Check my spending on your game. Maybe $150 in the past month alone. Zero after today unless you make good my losses. U R 2 greedy

Very enjoyable game. Only problem I've had is changing phones and not able to reconnect with previous castle I was playing and support hasn't been able to help to solve problem. Had to start a new castle to contact them. If problem is solved they get 5 stars.

They use false advertising to get you into the game. Only to find out that it is a war game, that involves building your Castle “City." Everything in the game called some money and yelleds little results. There is no login so the game is stuck on the device you uploaded it to. Customer service is non-existing and when they act like they are working, it can take up to several weeks to get your response.

I have contacted CS several times and no response, spent quite a bit of money and didn't get what I paid for, rewards don't show up. Timers don't work, when I win a chest that is for example green I am given white or level 1 reward. I get the exact same rewards for activities no matter how active I am. They are all about get your money and nothing else. Alliance warehouse just disappeared and when it was back 0%resources in it. Either the game or server is pathetic.

Just your typical medieval fantasy world PTW game. Gotta love the stupid ads for these games. In one some early 20's dude is getting frustrated by not solving a simple "Get the jewels problem" that any 5 yearold could solve. Then the dude angerly throws the phone away and puts head in hands. Its PAY to win, you can make it far without paying but one you get hit once its. The game has constant maintenance which can screw up your shield time like it did to me and all you get is 2k gems.... yeah let me replace 2 years progress with 2k gems... if you want to go up to 35 instantly? Spend a few bucks and boom, easily 500mil power. OH This is Hilarious, When i went to heal my troops the game encouraged i spend $10 to instantly heal. Better of playing Clash of Clans

Its a fun game 10/10 the only thing I'd like for this game is a few things listed below. Bigger in-city, for supplies and expand the view, possibly add buildings or stuff to the very right of the inside city screen Not enough monsters, we need more different monster types Not enough army troop types, I'd like more than just cavalry, marksmen and swordsmen, perhaps we could add another one for in city defense for attacks, guardians.

The app itself is ok, but I think it's a bit slow to respond and you can very easily make some pretty critical mistakes due to the layout. I do love the game but you better hope you have deep pockets if you want to be strong, I personally think it's far too expensive to play, but if you can control those urges and don't mind being a middle of the road or weaker player, you might be ok...

The game was enjoyable. That's until they started creating new servers every other day. Now everyone, including me are lagging like crazy. The game.can nk longer be enjoyed. I absolutely love the game, the puzzles are awesome...however I do have one tiny problem, that has become a big problem. There is something wrong with the shrine, every time I touch it the game freezes without hope of moving again. I literally have to get off the game and go on again. It's getting frustrating because I have a quest that requires me to touch it. Please sort this out quickly, I'm a rather impatient person and I would hate to uninstall this game.

So far so good. Very entertaining compared to similar games like this I have played. While you DON'T need to spend money in game to survive, I suggest at the very least taking advantage of a couple offers early on. It will allow you to get a couple strong generals to help you be competitive. I am not one to spend much in games, but for this one I spent about $20 & it made a hell of a difference in getting stronger generals & all the extra resources, boosts, etc. Makes a big diff.

Started it playing it two days ago, ngl. Was doing exceptionally well and then enter the people who spend lavishly on upgrades and gems and what not. It's not a fair play, atleast divide the servers between the real players and the spenders. YOU CANNOT WIN IF YOU ARE FIGHTING AGAINST A MONEY SPENDER and that's the biggest drawback of the game. You put a lot of effort in building up everything only to be lost against somebody who probably bought gazillion of gems to upgrade everything so quick.

I like the game but the support needs improvement. I can't get into my account and I feel like this should be something easy to fix but I'm going on 3 days and nothing done. So much money invested in this game and I can't even get a little bit of help. What do I need to do? who do I reach out to? I have 5 tickets open and no results on any of them. Don't even know if my game will be restored to were I was before this issue.

The game design is excellent however the customer service is extremely poor, and the gameplay is biased. After spending a reasonable amount of money on the game I was unable to access my account for around 3 weeks. After contacting customer service several times I eventually got access to my account again, however now 3 weeks of no access puts me considerably behind other players on my server. They would not explain why my account was not accessable and not give me refund or compensation.

This game has the worst Customer Service I've ever experienced. The game platform is shaky, at best. The game itself exploits the players- by serving up new accounts to the established players. The constant ingame ads are annoying & incessant. The ultimate free to play/ pay to win scam. Crucial PvP play ends with ads slowing your response, or screen locks- allowing opponents to wipe you out. Don't even download Evony. player id 49499427.

Customer service is non existent. They say that they have updated to make it better and yet your tickets get closed. The requirements for upgrades are ridiculous. They limit you on what you can send to friends to help with the ridiculous requirements. We all know it's all about money. I wouldn't waste your time downloading. You will be disappointed quickly.

An engoyable RTS game, played it on PC for many years growing up. However, the mobile version is garbage, specifically the servers. Doesn't matter if i have full service or not, I cannot connect without trying at least 10 times; and that's no exaggeration. Would love to play this game all the time, but I am never able to log on, so take that for what you will...

Definitely not a worthy game. First of all its a stratagy game not a puzzle game as advertised. Puzzle are given on a certain level. Again any upgradation in game takes a hellish huge time and trick is you have to spend money to complete fast. Every moment it tends to leech money from you.

Fun game, great graphics, but can be expensive! Beware of more powerful players, they will attack you like no bodies business. Bubble (shield) up or your castle burns and all your troops too! Also, they have puzzles to solve, however there are MANY that aren't there yet as they say coming soon. I've been playing for almost 6 months now... still no further development of those puzzles. This part is disappointing.

Good fun, you don't have to pay to progress unless you are stupidly impatient, theres plenty to do while things are upgrading too, dont have to pay for premium currency, just play cooperatively and you can earn access to everything in the game, nothing is blocked behind a pay wall just takes a little more time

This game is another boring repeat of all the turn based games available for mobiles. Sick of seeing the stupid puzzle ads on other games The ads for Evony and Kings Legion are identical except for the graphics. Even some of the in-game puzzles are the same. Though Kings Legion seems to handle better and have more depth than this junk. What am I saying, they are both junk and their ads are rubbish, a true insult to intellect.

Bit of false advertising regarding the puzzles, they are not updated and have been at status "coming soon" for months. After last update its getting harder and harder to even log in therefore leaving all your progress to date wide open to attack. The later levels upgrades are beyond a joke, some take weeks & you're being pushed towards in game purchases to speed these ridiculous wait times up. Gameplay is fun but what good is it when you cant even log in half the time!

The ads are a lie. Developers need to STOP using fake ads to pretend it's a game type that has nothing to do with reality. It's just another castle on the map with little lines and animated soldiers marching for 20-99 dollars a pack.

I am not sure what happened to my game but I was ranked high a few months ago. Now I install this game over again and I'm level 1??? I've spent loads of money and hours I can't get back now. I tried linking my account. Problem is I got a new phone. It's on my old phone.

Customer support is horrible. Game is constantly glitching causing a person to not only lose money but also the time it takes to replace losses from the glitch. Advertised as a puzzle game but the puzzles have not been updated in months. It's more of a construction and management game. It's been 3 weeks since I reported that the game took my money and didn't give me the pack I paid for. Sent messages almost every day for 2 weeks and can't get ANY reply.

The game crashes and freezes since last update. The more I spend the less I can do. I'm still waiting to be comped for lost gear. Now I cant even log in and play, while other players are taking advantage of those affected by the glitch. Customer service is no help. You cant take screen shots of something that is froze. Nothing has changed. Game froze up again, locked out of account in the middle of event.

This would get 5* if they invested in better service. Crashing is a regular occurance. Great game. Since then update the game play is excellent! I wish I'd got into the game sooner! Game was good at first. Now with all these major updates. If you dont have $$$ to play,you will not survive.. Its now turning into a Game of War, advertised to the rich, same bs the bigger get bigger, the small struggle and WILL QUIT. Game sux now. Im done......

My bubble dropped 12 hrs before it was supposed to and I saved everything. They deleted it from my account ( luckly I screen shot everything even the complaint ticket they deleted) and still haven't done anything to fix the problem from back in July! Great game but can you please fix the login button? Stop using 2 buttons (link and switch account) but simply use login and logout. I lost an account when switching accounts and the customer service was hardly communicative. I'm still waiting for them to resolve the problem. Re: nope, still couldn't log in.

actually this game has good gameplay, but.... IT'S SO SO SO SO BUGGYYYYY. can't type my whisper/message longer than my half screen, additional free taxes can't be used, and what piss me the most is when i was attacked during my log off, there was no report on that attack!! seriously, how can i report to my alliance leader about that? also, the fact that there's no search engine for monsters/resources also piss me off. anyway just fixed anything i've said here

The puzzles get you on this game but then after a dozen or so puzzles this game becomes something totally different. The developers are only interested in getting your money. Any communication with them is more or less ignored...if you pay for packages to develop your play and experience glitches which there are plenty of any request made to customer services is acknowledged then ignored. They have your money and want more...why should they care. And they don't. Please don't fall prey to this

Game is nice but 1)everything takes extremely long time to complete like 6 months to upgrade level you need to buy speed up and 2) unfortunately the game has a bunch of bugs. I purchased and gained speed up to upgrade reducing time from 22 days to 8 days when the game crashed stopping the upgrade and losing all my speed ups. 3) contact customer service without any solution, they reply once and never solve the problem.. I will not purchase any more packages with real money and soon get bored

Awesome game if I could give it 10 stars I would, the alliance system is awesome making it a real team game the hateful comments are from people who have been raided or kicked out of clans for being inactive it's an addictive game I can't find a flaw in it AWESOME!

I think this is a great game! I gave a 4 star because some of your events cheat by not returning gems like it says it will. The return event did not return my 50k gems and I did not recieve the other items. Also I have bought gear in market for 28k gems and I do not recieve them either. If you fix that I would give a five star. Oh and no I have not contacted support because on these kind of games it never helps lol, so why bother.

The game in itself is enjoyable, but avoid spending money on it. Customer service tech support is appalling, if you get a game issue. Raise a ticket to highlight a problem & a standard patient response is sent. Further chase ups are ignored & it's never dealt with until you just give up. My last ticket 3 days ago was concerning my main general reaching senior officer duty in politics, leadership, yet it gives medium status. A known glitch that will resolve eventually when Monarch next levels up

Can't login after update. After the update on 11/11 it made me start over. I tried contacting developers and they responded within a few hours asking for some info to solve my problem. gave them everything they asked for and it's been 2 days with no news. Not even saying that have received everything and are working on it. I've been attacked twice lost over 100mil in power and lost my sub cities. Great way to take care of paying customers. If customer service was better would be higher rated.

This game used to fun but i think there should be a limitation of how many castle player able to purchased or play with. In the server Lucifer Hall where i set up an alliance, one player was able to attack my whole tribe due to the mumber of accounts this person is playing. Its not fair for everyone. If this doesnt change , im afraid im gonna have to let this game go. This person will keep on attacking my hive , it took 9 days to heal my troops. Its disintegrating the fun of the game.

You have bully players. Its no fun when you allow high lvl players to attack and wipe out lower lvl players. There should be a 3 or 4 lvl difference to be able to attack. Not a 10 or 15 lvl difference. *edit* example-a level 20 cant attack a level 16 or below. Its not fair that people with deep pockets can pay their way to top without having to do real work and waiting like those who may not have as much real money. Your players who cant spend hundreds of dollars every week dont stand a chance

Meh at best. I downloaded this game under the impression of ads that this was a puzzle game. I have had this game for a few mos now. Their CS is extremely slow to respond to issues and if they need to fwd the issue to the devs, prepare for no response back. The game is extremely laggy & the amt of space for the game and updates is bigger each time. I appreciate the friends I've made in the game. I've played Evony for years since it orginally came out. What I like about it is the balance of city management, combined with a war game and a solid social media structure. You don't have to spend any money to play, it is just that the "bigs" get therre faster when they buy things. I do not, but I love this game. Find a good Alliance and grow with the game. The more you play, the more fun it becomes.

Alright game. Just takes forever to upgrade things, unless you're able to afford more gems to upgrade instantly. Also, you can only upgrade one thing at a time, which is a pain when something takes 2 days to upgrade. Turned notifications off and I still get bombarded by them constantly... UPDATE: DON'T SAY WOULD I LIKE TO USE SOMETHING I HAVE IN MY INVENTORY AND TRY AND CHARGE ME TO BUY IT. AVOID.

Really like the game. Appreciate the availability & multiple opportunities of earning what you need to play. Some games like this you are forced to spend in order to promote and grow and if you don't spend that growth/promotion takes months/years. This doesn't. Worth playing and spending.

Well here's my experience. First game sucks you in with wonderful puzzle games which they advertise and then they bait and switch it with a whole different parasitic game you have to pay to play. The puzzles run out and they don't add any more so you are left with a very complicated game in which you are constantly attacked if you are not bubbled and you are extorted of your money for gems to stay alive. I got wiped out. All upgrades gone all which cost money. Prepare to spend heavily.

After playing a while and spending close to $500 I posses with game design and mechanics. The servers lag frequently, if you where unfortunate to use any of your inventory 'paid' inventory it's lost. The tiles and relics can't be protected. Quite intentional design to screw all your time and money. The customer support has a simple templet answer to every query. 'We have forwarded your complaints to a non-existent tech please die waiting.'

Do not start this game. They can and will take it all from you by banning your account without any proof of breaking any terms. Been there had it done to my account Id spent 4k$ on. To bad you banned an account that was a spender based off someone saying it was a farm account. You have lost quite a few coiners cause of banning real accounts.

So far it's a good game. but looks like you have to spend money... if you make it to where you dont have to blow alot of money on the game it would be a perfect game

This game has bugs but its great fun..they need to slow down on the new lvls... new small players don't stand a chance against the big ones...im hoping someday to be able to give it 5stars

The game idea is good. But i bought the advertised pack at a specific price to then notice i was billed more then the advertised price. Makes me question if i did get what was supposed to be included in the pack. Then i opened a trouble ticket 2 weeks ago to be told they will do an investigation and get back to me...to actually never get back to me until i emailed them since my trouble ticket was closed. My point isnt the price but being wrongly billed and being ignored by support.

This game crashes quite often. It's also not what the videos and pictures depicts. Update: Custom support doesn't respond to Emails. Also they ask from screen shot for almost every single situation. Especially ones that you couldn't possibly screen shot, like a glitch that takes your stamina. They also expect you to count every item yourself and know how many item disappeared from your inventory.

New updates screwed up the game. Nothing is working. I can't even connect to the server. 11/11/2020 Update After days of contracting the developer, yesterday I got a response. I had to create a new account and buy more in-app options and today I can even open the app. So not only I can get my old account back but it seems that I just lost the new one too. This app really sucks and developer doesn't have a real tech support.

Dont download. I played for 4 years. They no longer care for there players just there money. People have had glitches for over a month with no help. Beginners buy packs that are supposed to be refunded after a few days and never get there refund. Players are bullied and evony doesnt care. After 4 yrs of playing i will delete my account. I have put money into it and hella time but stuck on a server that you cant even get resources with out being attacked.*Edit responded but no help

been a interesting game , an the chat rooms are always busy , once your in a alliance the game will be better , learn to build an be part of a community to have fun an enjoy , the puzzles aren't finished as they are only a small part of the challenge , it's not about pulling pins an passing stages its collecting the chests that you need to build your empire , Battle n Build , happy hunting

Excellent game, played age 1 and 2 and now kings return. Only major issue I face is I play on my tablet and it is always disconnecting from the internet even right next to my box. My tablet is fine just Evony never lets me play long. Really hard to enjoy the game and do anything please fix if you can.

If you're tempted to download the game because of the puzzle, don't. The puzzles only have 17 levels. This is a war and strategy game not a puzzle game like the ridiculously misleading advertisement makes you believe. Do you like to play a game where you can't advance unless you spend a bunch of real money? Yes? Alright then this game is for you. You will constantly get cleaned up by people who spend thousands (yes thousands) on the game and can't do anything about it.

I love this game have become a part of a great family and there is always something to do I would rate higher but customer service is a joke (non responsive) multiple support tickets ignored and left unanswered for multiple different players, a series of bugs and unfinished content make the game hard to play and sets you back alot. I will change review when this is fixed .

Lots of gliches and lost money. I bought $99 package and didn't get the resources I paid for. Put in several tickets for them to just ignore me and not fix the issue. Also lost lists of gold and a piece of general gear they haven't even acknowledged in my tickets. Honestly, if you're gonna play don't be weak like me and spend money. It's not worth it.

*update* DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT sink your hard earned money into this game!! The Developers and Customer Support are just greedy god damn SCUMBAGS!! They just merged our server for the second time and wouldn't you know it, they say it's for "Better Game Play". It has absolutely ruined the game play along with stealing from you and they know it. Customer support, don't tell me to contact you to tell you what you stole because you couldn't lead an army of ants to a piece of bread. Piss off!!

Designed to be a money sink. Full of frustrated people that spends entire salaries in a vicious circle that I fail to understand how is it worth it. I set a budget of 5 £ because that's what the game was worth for me, spent it, regret it, uninstalled. Edit to reply devs: I was in a respectable alliance with friends helping out all the time and still we couldn't compete against the so-called coiners (people that pay). I understand you have to make your work worth, but it should also be ethical.

do not play. the game bugs and you lose everything, they then speak a load of rubbish about the "logs" but the point is that the logs are wrong, even with screenshots and time stamps they claim it's not true.....poor service and a game that is losing people fast, hence all the server merges having to happen to attempt to save it

after a year feel like noob. allot bullies. if you don't get 2 jobs, sell your spouse, kids, dogs, cats, car and your house to buy pack you will be zero allot and it takes 1+ months to recover if low lv. battle mechanic will play with your emotions so you go crazy buying packs. allot bugs. don't play free games with in game buy option you will over pay the value of game.

I came to it through a Home Design app which said it'd give me certain gems if I completed a task. I did that but never got any gems from them. Update: I can't see the option to reply to you. The Home design app said I'd get 21k gems if I got my characters 5 stars or something. I played for hours & when I didn't get any gems, I deleted the app, so I don't have any screenshots.

Customer support is a joke. Game glitches everytime they update. Times are never accurate. I've been waiting for costomer service for 3 days and they seem like they are only good at stalling. You can't get very far ahead unless you spend money. If everything was to work the way it is supposed to it would be a decent game. Please don't expect any results if you have to get ahold of the support team. The game is not worth the effort.

I have played this game for about 3 years coming up had multiple accounts over multiple servers and its great cant stop playing there is the annoying bugs and all that but its a free game cant expect things to be perfect i also love the fact there is NO add videos in this game which is amazing good job evony

Been playing for quite a while now and i gotta say it's pretty good, my only complaint is the fact that it takes so long to upgrade to the next monarch level, and the fact that after your first down rewards some monsters or bosses give only such a small amount of monarch exp, well that's it i guess 9/10

Fkng Full of glitches. Each update adds new kind of glitch instead of improvement. My tickets are pending since months and no solution till date. Not even update. Your developers are good at making glitches in the name of maintenance. You guys are just sucking our money and we are paying price by incurring loss because of these damn system errors. And when any ticket is raised, you keep on sleeping.

The customer support is abysmal. After one of their updates you'll lose access to your account. (a common theme) Seems to be a tactic of the game to make you vulnerable while locked out to lose your progress, so you'll buy packs to get back to where you were. I've reached out to customer support 4 times now over the span of 2 weeks and still haven't made any leadway in recovering my account. Don't waste your money, even as a paying customer they won't give you the time of day.

I really like what I've seen and experienced so far i just started playing 1or 2 weeks ago i really like that i can choose to play as characters from different nations and culture s l and even switch cultures, character,and nations later on if i want great game

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! These guys only care about money, you mean nothing to them. My friends game has been broken for over a month and they keep giving the standard “we’re sorry to hear that, have to tried updating” and “please delete and reinstall” replies and then disappear into the void, the latter of which will delete all of your message history with them. There is widespread bullying, misogyny and racism that they don’t address, cheating they don’t address.

The game is awesome, the players are awesome, its really addicting and fun, however it's definitely a pay to win game. But you can still do it without owning a dime, just takes time, customer service could use some fixing, took the better part of 3 days to get access to my account when I swaped phones, customer service agents randomly stop replying to your emails and you won't hear back from them, or they read messages and don't reply, however I was able to finally on the 3rd day get in again.

2 weeks ago I was zeroed during SVS war because there was an error in the game Even customer support admitted that there was an error and that cost me not to be able to bubble for 7 seconds which I was zeroed and I lost the total of 4.7 million troops after filing a complaint with them they offered me $300 sol which I had no choice but to accept because my timer was running out I needed to save as many troops as possible but now I am still out a lot of troops in about $600 worth of cash this game

Do not get involved with this game. You will soon find yourself referring to everyone as "Bro" and you will find youself uncontrollably spending your life savings. By the way, this is NOT a puzzle game. That's how they trick you. Almost non of the puzzles in their preview video are even in the game.

Terrible game. I lost my account during their recent update and I asked them to restore my previous account SEVERAL TIMES. First they replied my email, but now they even do not replied to me at all. If there are some errors or problems on game, they would say "you are very important to us and you are family." They JUST SAY IT, without doing anything. I really regret spending my money and time to this game.

WARNING. DEVs. Can ban your account for seemingly no reason with ZERO explanation. Game tells you to contact support for wrongfully banned accounts, but they WILL close your ticket and hope you don't notice. Don't waste your time on this game. Now I wait for their usual "hi, sorry about your experience! Please contact us!" They always post on complaints here, or perhaps instead the snug "we will forward your reply to our developers for their consideration." And we all know what that means, ha.

(((Update about following issue.aug 28/ oct 20 although it took this long for issue to be resolved...there was communication the entire time. I would like to thank the staff for their understanding)) The gameplay itself was a great experience. I played for 17 straight days. Ther was a gliche in one of my packages i received after spending money. I wrote a ticket to customer service they responded. I did as i was told .unistall then reinstall. All my progress was lost. started out great but greed took over. now more bugs than anything else. fix the bugs, then get back to more rational upgrades

They take some of your troops even after healing, reviveing and recalling souls. Also it doesnt teach you how to really play. Its fun to play but super stressful. And you are not able to play the puzzel after a certain level. Lareshaofgal.

Customer support keeps saying the same thing. Not letting it go until its resolved. NOT WORTH SPENDING MONEY ON. Since last rating its lost a star. Game lags and costs you troops and resources. New update causing worse lag.

Playing it for 2 months now. 3 and a half stars is probably the right rating for this. The downgrading for the rating is only because for the deceptive advertising. What really attracted me towards the game were the puzzles. But that puzzle part constitutes less than 5 percent of the overall game. So quite disappointing. Otherwise the strategic part of the game involving kingdom building is interesting. But most people will stop playing after a few weeks sensing the deceptioon.

Its been a year now and starting off was a little hard for f2p but with more events and rewards now its helped give a stable play through for f2p i hope in future they will introduce more things to do out of promotional events as the game is a little plain out of promotional events and hopefully be a little more generous with royals squads as this is a fun kind of event that people actually put time and effort to do because they enjoy it and the rewards

I like the game and most the people within my server. I dont like the amount of resources it takes to upgrade... nor the amount of gold to do some of the research. Litterly feel like a helpless teammate at times because it takes forever unlesd you got $$ to dump into it daily. We need better rewards for growth in server. We also need automatic emails explaining how to translate emails for other world country speech so we can communicate better and more efficiently. PLEASE FIX THE HELP TIME BUG !

The game is simple enough, the ads for the game show the least played and shortest part of the game. and you might get locked out of the game and lose all your progress, like im at risk of right now. Its been more than a day and im still struggling to get in. So after taking 3 or more months to get to a level where you can participate in any meaningful way, you might get locked out due to some "dark magic" without any support from the game

Unless you are willing to spend a lot of money. Do not download this game. The developers keep this game laggy and have made too many mistakes on accounts. Players do not receive what they purchase at times. Moreover, customer service in basically not present.

the problem with Evony is you have to have a lot of money in order to be competitive. the developer's have made it so you HAVE TO purchase their lousy packages in order to get enough resources etc to get big enough to be competitive. PLUS you have to nearly stay on the game 24 hrs to try to gain enough as well
