The game is very straightforward and is easily playable, the levels do get significantly harder but they're not impossible to pass. There's various opportunities to get coins and gems, I enjoy this feature because it doesn't make me feel pressured to pay. Overall a very fun game!!

Pros: - Easy to upgrade without using diamonds (For now) -Easy gameplay Cons: - For the service counter, it takes a couple of presses here and there to send customers to their room or to pay. Very frustrating . -It takes a long time to send the customers to the cab.

At first game was promising, but at Royal Marina- money grabbing, cheating for diamonds game, too difficult levels etc... I've tried many other hotel games, unfortunately this game became as every other hotel game...

So far so good after 1 day of game play. Getting the coins and diamonds are great to keep me addicted. A great way to paas the time

So much better than other hotel games! They give you enough boosters & help to pass the levels & not force you to use money! One problem now though is that it won't advance passed Level 80.

Your game is fabulous and challenging, but don't make challenging enough for player to leave playing it, earning gems is so rare for a nonbuyer person and requirement of diamonds for each upgrading is so high, i am on my third hotel, was enjoying till now but after finding so difficult to upgrade some stuff and kept on loosing levels after so many efforts i am planning to leave it, so don't make it bore or too challenging, in both ways u loose a player.. This game is pretty fun I love it ! after all I have only downloaded it today so I am only on level 10 . It is realy fun but if you run out of lives could you repay someone by letting them earn the lives in minigames ? Thank you for making this game exist

Love the game. But what's annoying is that it always unmutes even while you're playing the game. I always have to mute it manually after watching an ad or when I reopen the game, which is very annoying. But aside that I love the game

The fact that its only one person doing EVERYTHING! Which is actually Us who is playing the game we tap on "Peter" controlling him to do EVERYTING AT THE DROP OF A DIME, I believe THATS the object of the the game so! Is it exciting to play Im enjoying it!☺

Fun so far but can't get any help when I've tried to "contact us". It keeps getting me there is a"new version" but when I go to Play Store there is only a "play" or "Uninstall" button. What's going on?

It is so fun it is an amazing game to play you should take a try because you might of thout it boring because of the front cover but it not it is actually fun because i thought it was boring but i thought of giving it a try and then i noticed that it was fun . Great hotel game. They don't cheat. Can purchase as needed but no pressure. I love it. Can't wait to see what is ahead. Now after time they don't keep up and fix bug. Frustrating!

I would give this a higher star rating. But... Main issues with these types of games is the rolling costs, furthermore, once you pay for crystals/gems the adverts still keep coming. Why???? I understand the adverts in games when your playing for nothing. But as soon as you purchase items within the game ADVERTS HAVE TO STOP!!! If I knew adverts were still there after I purchase items. Then I wouldn't installed the game in the first place. Just my point of view and to warn others.

I really like this game but PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT FOLLOW THE GRAND MANIA HOTEL!!!! I understand that the game needs money and I've actually bought diamonds a couple of times but u can't create a game n make it impossible on island 3 starting in the 50s SO THAT people have no choice but to buy boosters. The game will fail like this because there r far many more games to play FOR FREE AND THAT R FUN AND MAKE THE MONEY U SPEND WORTH IT TO CONTINUE PLAYING THE GAME. Please fix these levels.

I was really enjoying this app but then at level 65 on the third hotel, which is supposed to be the last level of that hotel, I can't move on. The "gift" bar at the top says 4/10. I keep beating level 65 and it's not moving me or the bar forward. Is this where the game ends?

How long have I got to wait for next hotel. Loving this game so much but getting really fed up of waiting on level 40 for next hotel. Shame but will wait a little bit longer

Hi!!! Really this is such a Nice Game I enjoyed a lot. Almost I completed the All sesons or Stages From Marina Hotel to Cleopatra Palace (1-5) . Now I'm waiting for next stage.......

I give it 4 stars instead of 5 and only because..... when I upgrade, it gets very frustrating having to wait an hour or more until I can actually see and play with the results of that upgrade. But other than that one issue. Game is fantastic.

I like the game but I got to another world and the game just froze my upgrade would not show up when I press play It wouldnt go i had to delete and download the game again and i had to start over from the beggining didnt even save my progress

I like the game play but I don't like that I have to go back into settings to mute sound and music after every ad. Also I only have one heart at a time? Is this a glitch?

I've been waiting and waiting on the new hotel to open. I've completed the Royal Sea Hotel a month ago. I've been on level 80 and have completed it at least five times. It gets my heart beating a moving fast I really like it. It does not take me a long time to get used to the new things taht get added.

Okay this game is so complicated, the first level was easy as pie and like up to level 3 and then when I was at level 6 it was so busy. And also I lost one of the levels like it starts of easy and gets really super dooper hard. And you have to catch up with all the customers because they will get angry if you don't serve them their coffee or you don't have a room ready for them, even the time they pay, like wow it is so complicated. That was a long comment now wasn't it?

It's getting quite difficult with the levels. But still loving it though. Lovely graphic. Simulation of this game was awesome. Keep on improving & upgrading. Will reinstall again next time.

Cleopatra Hotel has many points where servant stuck in between many times. Especially near Wall where cleaning service equipments are kept. Please resolve this as it wastes a lot of time

I am really enjoying this game. Plenty of chances to earn diamonds and coins, great work with helping pass levels. Out of the several hotel games I have played, this is pretty amazing so far.

Update: Hotel#5 is now available. Make sure you update! Best hotel game. A lot of opportunities to receive free gems and extra coins by watching ads and you can watch an ad to receive a free booster everytime you play. If you choose to purchase gems and items, the prices compared to other hotel games are reasonable.Boosters cost a lot less gems than other hotel games. Only 4 hotels right now, but I play levels over, collect more coins to have to purchase upgrades for hotel 5. Highly recommend!

I love this game its easy and i love that you get so many gems only problem is i finish before the next upgrade is available. Spead it up please ready for the next level.

Fun to play! Easy to get diamonds and boost without paying. Levels are addictive and can get hard to beat but not impossible.

This game is very fun but sometimes it's kind of hard because you got to do both of them understand and do the rooms and cleaning the hot dogs and drinks but yeah that's why you should download this game cuz it's Ashley pretty hard but he flattened

It's fun and fast moving but the higher lvls are hard to beat without help from a super ability and those are hard to get.

Great until you get to the 3rd hotel and every upgrade starts to cost blue crystals. Those are not available almost at all unless you purchase them. It will take you HOURS to scrape enogh even for a single upgrade. What a money-grabbing shame. Nothing worse than a game that lures you in and then when you're getting addicted tells you you can't keep playing unless you pay.

I rated this app a 5 because it was well set up,The graphics are great.It's gets really busy keeping up but i see no faults in this game...

It could be great but has a lot of glitches! The fast pace shoes make him run in circles it makes your customers angry. There are levels where guests never show up and the time just runs out.

Run booster does not work, especially in the third hotel. It makes the Porter run in circles and the only way to get him to stop is shut down, but then u lose gems spent on boosts as well as a life. Annoying!!

in villa flora levels 58 to 63 is very much irritating. No customer are vacating rooms the new customers are waiting for room. Finally I'm getting out. Nonsense game

Keeps crashing now before I can play level but still keeps taking lives off me! Very annoying because I enjoy this game

I like this game. It's a fun game. That said PLEASE fix the fact that the sound and music turn themselves back on every time I finish a board. I'm totally ok with the sound being on for commercials but please, please, please if I mute it for the game let it STAY muted other then that. I did make sure I had the latest update b4 posting.
