this is a fantastic app... but, there's always a but, the creator should make it so you can make your own adventures instead of just the one. it would be amazing if I could use this to plan out a campaign because I love the format. if the creator made it so you can create your own adventures, I would pay for it. say 3 dollars sounds fair to me. maybe 5, but definitely not higher.
A great app! Ran an adaptation of the first adventure and it was great! The app could be slightly improved and the english adventure pdf has a bunch of mistranslated things yet but all in all: Players love it. Intend to buy the other English adventures once they come. :)
I really like how this is layed out. I would love to see more stuff like this. I'm going to try running this with some friends.
I was incredibly surprised by this app, so much so i decided to leave my first review. This is so easy to use i got my girlfriend to finally play with me! Thanks guys P.S. More More More More More Please!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
The only thing that would make this better is if you could create your own adventures; ideally with tools for making monster start blocks, maps, and the ability to add in pictures.
This is a great way to present a module. Something like this has a great potential as an app companion for published modules.
This app is fantastic! I love the GameThrough engine! Wow, what a great tool that would be to create my own adventures. I think thats where you guys should go next -- help us create our own stories.
This app is amazing please come out with more content and or make it so that we can make our own content in this format. This app is amazing. My favorite feature is probably the sound button on the page. Allowing you to play the sound from your phone while also reading the content. Before this app I have to use multiple apps to do this there's no more switching back and forth this app has everything.
Don't know Spanish so I can't vouch for the other 3 modules, but Siege of Salorium was a wonderful introductory module for my PCs. There are some issues, such as 3rd/4th edition items in the 5th edition format, as well as a few words untranslated or poorly translated. However, the module allows plenty of room for the GM to add items or plot points that lead to new adventures. Highly recommended.
i am looking forward to running this campaign with my group. it lools cracking. lovong that more modules are coming soon
This app is amazing! I would love to see more work of this quality from people, especially Wizards of the Coast. DigitalD20 has created an amazing product here. The adventure is interesting, easy to use, and keeps players engaged. I would highly recommend this to anyone who plays D&D or Pathfinder. The only improvement I can see would be to include a "Build your own" option.
having started truly playing yet. I've just been skimming through everything since i had some problems before. tutorialis fixed and I'm actually able to open the adventures now. I've noticed a few minor things that could be fixed n the new update may fix them but a lot of the pictures won't show up. also when you go into the character sheet and try to loss a premade character it only gives you the choice of Wilbur the thief.that may be because I'm using a phone instead of a tablet idk.
The only reason it's not a 5 star app is the lack of a customizable map. Make it so users can make their own maps.
First of all...it's great app for begginers and for lazy people like myself as well as for just fast games if you don't wanna plot around and do something what is already made. I was struggling to find something what would generate adventure or how to get some into GM5e without creating one by myself This app is EXACTLY what I was looking for It got everything... Story lines Guide Dice roll Classes and descritpions It got map and description of locations great way to start if ya begginer
I love the story. I would love able to make our own campains or add stuff here and there. Hope updates for a option for this would be amazing.
This is amazing! If there was a way to make my own I would go crazy over it. But still good work on this, even on my htc 10 it works perfectly.
Good concepts, but one adventure is all glitching it has no content on it is Murder Knights of Corvendark
I love the idea here!!! We need more!!!!! You have to keep trying and trying to show investors that you're serious!!! Don't give up!!
although the last comments i read were undescriptive and me being a beginner on DnD, I find this app very full on descriptive content, while having the developer think of deep story lines, twists and character development. however I feel that it lacks in the graphical user interface, eg. when clicking to use the built in dice, or have a look at the storys map, the buttons don't seem to easy to find, which is easily adaptable, but should be heavily considered by a developer, thanks for reading.
would like it to be in English more other wise it's good. I will recomend to my friend who runs Spanish dnd.
The only thing lacking with this app, I can't input my own ideas. The format is amazing. Please make a blank version for us to use for our own adventures or campaigns!!
I ran my DnD group thru the first adventure and had very positive feedback
from all players. Im just peeved that the other two adventures are taking
so long to be released.
This is an absolutely amazing app! It has everything you need for a campaign except players and dice. The entire story is well built and immersive. I can't wait to run a group through! Thank you, Developers, for a well made product.
This is a great app! I didn't play it through but just from a cursory glance, this is a great tool for adventuring. The layout doesn't work very well on a phone but it does say right in the beginning that this is made for tablets. I look forward to trying this on a tablet.
While the premise is good. The limiting factor is it seems to only have one adventure preloaded. I am looking for an app that I can do a similar setup like how this is set up, as my handwriting is rather poor so writing notes can be bothersome. I rated it 3 stars for that reason. It does seem like it has potential but really that limits it's function drastically
Very well put together adventure with immersive maps that link to everything they should. Very nice! Can't wait to run this adventure for my players.
Its great not going to lie with the in depth story and maps i just wish there was a section where you can create homebrew campaign.
Its a beautiful app that does exactly what it is supposed to do, which is provide a digital d20 adventure tabletop DM's. However, there are only three adventures available (two which aren't out yet) and no way to create your own campaign. Its got a lot of potential.
after a year or two, still nothing new. After all the talk of a Kickstarter campaign, this project remains a proof-of-concept for what amounts to the proprietary e-reader portion of an online bookstore for D&D adventures. Don't ger me wrong: this is a really cool idea! Of D&D Beyond had this sort of thing, I'd be done with books forever. Beyond has custom content; Digital D20 has a truly amazing, intuitive DM assistant. Neither has both and so neither is really worth wasting time on.
awesome!!! lots of potential. Got the first adventure years ago, now more are out. good work. keep it up!!!
