You guy make it insanely hard to set up multiple platforms. Like you all think we all only have one kid. Im not paying for 3 different subscriptions. This is ridiculous

This game is so fun but I wish all levels were not locked so you can play all of them so you don't have to join the club overall it's really good

Too many problems and wish it gave an option to sign on seeing as we have more than one child. But either way it's not working so paid the $27 for a year in April and don't have the ability to use it any longer and it's only Sep. *UPDATE-In response to the reply from the company. This portion below is copied from your app details.. "Can the Crayola Create and Play Subscription be shared on multiple devices? Subscriptions are a type of content that cannot be shared through Family Sharing."

It's weird to see so many bad reviews because it's not free. My daughter loves the app and annual subscription works out to only 2$ a month. Money well spent, not to mention no ads that my daughter accidentally clicks on because they hide the close button to confuse kids.

This is a good game, when it works. We paid for the full year in September and two weeks later it stopped working. It doesn't recognize there is a subscription, and wants me to pay again. I emailed customer support and they were like Uninstaller and reinstall. I did that four times, so they told me I had to call them during my work hours Monday to Friday. The company ran an update after leaving this review and fixed in 24 hours. Why couldn't they have done so after I emailed about the issue?

The my favorite color videos (2 Of them) do no load. All the other videos load instantly. Restarted app restarted tablet, and cleared it's cache. Thank you for a quick response. I'm getting the same result on two different devices. If a certain log might help I will try to help.

My daughter loves it, but it doesn't work on my phone. It does work on my tablet with no problem. Wish they would fix the glitches since I've purchased for the year.

Can only use logged in as me on my sons device. It should be able to be used across all our devices. Crayola would not get back to me on cancelling or our problems. I had to file a credit card dispute over the charges. Not worth the headache.

This app has been updated for sure. Works great now. The kids love it. I knew Crayola was better than the old version! Good job guys and from my family to the developers...THANK YOU!!

This is very user unfriendly. My child loves this app, but they won't let me give him a month without a subscription. I can't find a download code like they say that they have and I can't gift him Amazon money to re up his subscription because they want to be able to continually charge me monthly. It's a kids app it shouldn't be this hard to just give him a month of it as a reward for being good. Very disappointed in crayola. I would give it zero stars if that was an option

The reason why I gave this app a a three-star is because most of it is locked and when I came to color inside their coloring book tons of the pages were locked they should unlock more things to do😐

I paid for subscription for my daughter today it's telling us to subscribe again. And the app cannot update.

The price went up. I hope this doesn't continue happening.My 5 yr old enjoys the countless activities this app offers. It's not just a app that offers amazing opportunities to be creative, it has fun learning games as well. Give the free trial a shot. At first I thought she would lose interest after a month and I would cancel the subscription but it's not happened yet and probably won't for a very long time. Paid for a subscription, already had to uninstall and re-install once to get it working and now it is giving a connection error and not letting me do anything. EXPENSIVE subscription to not have this working. Constant online checks are BAD and not consumer friendly.

Edit: They actually fixed it so it works now. Changing my review from one star to five star. The price, in my eyes, is acceptable ($25 a year) for how much my son has been playing it. Thank you for actually putting in the effort to fix it! I have not had any issues like other reviews mention, this has worked perfect since the update. Old Review: Doesn't connect through WiFi. My son has been playing the free trial for the last few days and enjoys everything here, so I decided to look at how much the subscription would be, $3.99 per month or $24.99 for a year subscription. However, unless you have mobile data (so not just WiFi like the tablet my son plays on), the app will give you errors and will not be able to connect. Looking at other reviews this seems to be a reoccurring issue. Crayola's response to these issues is it isn't acceptable that the errors are happening and to visit their support page. Their support page is a generic FAQ that doesn't provide any help, and if you want to contact Crayola for help, it is either a generic help phone number or generic help email address; there is no specific contact information for the app/ development team. My son loves this, so if you get it fixed I would love you give you money so he can play, but until it is fixed, one star review.

You can learn how to color in lines and you can and my little brother he's not he is learning how to make his letters and he's learning his creativity is it's just so wild imagination wild it goes everywhere you made a little dinosaur which is drinking blueberry juice cuz it's teeth were blue well he actually stupid a special type of toothpaste that turned your teeth blue for one minute

I am having the same issues with detecting the network connection on WiFi and not being able to validate my subscription. We're wasting our monthly sub not being able to play even after you increased the price! Please fix this!

There is a bug in the network detector when on wifi only. Always get network connection error and can not link a new device to current subscription. Please fix your bad coding job, look at the code when you click join club.

Game is fun it teach you to learn and it's awesome and it's a kids game and I like it and I'm eight I just like the game but I wish I can open up the chesses I want to open out the chesses to unlock stuff but I have to join the club and I don't want to do that and the car stuff but it's still fun

Creatle & Play is the bestest app because it shows where kids can draw pictures, colouring in the lines in the coloring pages, making their own pets and take care of them. The colour factory shows kids make new colours, like orange, violet, pink, green, or any colour they like. The arcade shows kids play their favorite games. The Crayola school shows to learn and play. "This game is non-stop fun and non-violent for everyone!"

It is fun. but earlier when I was downloading it: it was slow and I pressed the video to wait...EVERY TIME I PRESSED IT IT WHOLD NOT WORK !!!!!! My daughter loves this app but it glitches out a LOT where it won't load and can't be played for days. Had her aunt not paid for the subscription I'd just delete the whole thing. Crayola fix the bugs and it'll be a five star app.

The app is great 5 stars. The downside is you can't play on other devices without paying per device. Add a sign in for the app!

It glitches and sometimes says I'm not connected to the internet but I am which causes my 4yr old son to be upset he can't play the app. When he can play he loves it. Definitely worth it when it works.

So I opened the app I've been waiting for an hour for it to load its been loading for an hour I really want to play but I cant.

I tried multiple times to subscribe on my son's tablet. Wouldn't let me, always errors and would freeze. So I subscribed from my Google account thinking I could family share it to him. Not only can I not family share, I can't even make the subscription work on my device under my account. It shows I'm subscribed but won't unlock the features. I'm so frustrated with this game. My 5 year old just wants to play the full version on his device. Why is this so hard?

I like the game but I was trying to get my subscription but it didn't work when I almost got my subscription it tell me to put my password so I put my password but it didn't work

This game is not bad at all, but it gets boring after a while only having a few things to do. I mean almost all of the things are locked. If you want to pay for the game I do recommend but if you do not want to pay for the game I do not recommend.

I think this app is fun but i think that if everything was free it would be better i know that you will lose money but just try please i would really thank you do it for all the little kids that like this app.
