It's pretty original as far as rogue likes. Although I was down to 23rd or so floor, and it quit responding so I closed the game and started up again just to find out I lost my game entirely... Decent game just really needs fixed.
Love the game, wish you could sell extra items/buy items in a shop, could add gold that enemies drop. Also pet commands need improvement. A "leave the room and don't come back" command would be awesome; the current pet commands don't seem to effect their behavior.
great game! got to 26 and 27 and i now only see stars for walls, and a single letter creatures. no longer fun! and i don't regenerate mana....
One of the best roguelikes in the Store. Could use a little polish and tuning, but overall loads of fun.
A great game overall. Tactical thinking is really necessary to get forward in the dungeon. I believe that there are few bugs, though. When you get sick in one level and you use the curing spell in another your combat does not recover although the game says so. Sometimes also the items occur very erratically. Either you find only reagents or only ingredients. Or there are no weapons to be found. Also it happened to me twice that I have encountered two advanced enemies right in the first room at the start of the game. Some balance issues I suppose. Fun to play anyway.
One of my favourite rpg dungeon crawl games, Ive had this game on my phone for many years. Never gets old.
A few things This game is awesome. It plays well and is just mysterious enough to get my RPG playing bone tingling. However I got fairly far and then the game crashes. This is not a problem though as the Dev seems to have a great auto room save thing. Spellcasting takes a long delay between the cast and damage or whatever. A few simple options in the menu would alleviate this problem. EDIT 3: with the timely update, crashes are limited to losing just the progress from the current room. Thanks guy!
With the arrival of the hardcore mode(took your sweet time)Ananias is presenting a good challenge while still evolving into an ever better game.
Realized I never got back to you. I disliked having to go through the menu to cast skills and frequently used items. That was my biggest issue. It's been a while since I've played, but I tried it on the landscape and tablet settings. The tablet settings seemed to work best, but for some reason I couldn't actually use the skills on my hotbar. I also remember that certain settings obscured different parts of the Ui. Can't remember specifics but ill give it another shot and message you on Reddit (I've seen you in /r/roguelikes before I believe) with specifics and update my review accordingly. Might have just been user error.
The game close right away just after showing the first images of how to hold the phone and when i click the small play button at the top of the screen :(
I really like this game but am bothered by the leveling system. I think it's more in tune with fantasy role playing to have an experience based system, but seeing as that's my only complaint, i still think the game deserves 5 stars
This game is dope. The only things I'd like added are to have the spell bar displayed in portrait mode and to have enemies leave corpses with good gore. However the game is rated E for everyone so that is unlikely to be added. It would suit the dark tone though.
I loved this game to bits. It was awesome when I first tried it. Time went on, and it got so much better. Then I had this thought for a while..... Why not have a mild mode for the game? It could be interesting and I would like to try it out and see how it's like.
Great little time waster. Quick bug report. If you're using landscape mode and you try and cast a spell pressing the tick (accept) button does nothing. Meaning you can't cast spells if there's more than one target in the room. A fix would be great!
Love the game and everything has so much potential just needs a few tweaks. A few bugs as well as I noticed a few. Off hand the pet on level 2 will auto attack if set to defend. I got a list of them Played it again much better
that is just the problem with you game developers you have no care for people who with have accessible needs
Really neat roguelike d&d game from slashware. Hours of fun, great replayability, and lots of items & levels & monsters to explore. Can't wait for more like this from the developers! : ) quick suggestions : 1. Stores to buy & sell stuff, 2. Go to town option to train, heal, etc, 3. Save slots for future loading
Denares, my big, hairy, burly arcane mage, cursed to be reincarnated until he retrieves the ring, now walks the corridors of the halls in his eternal quest, lovingly swathed in women's armor. "No matter!" He shouts at the satyrs who gaze confusingly at his chisled thighs and black knee high boots. "I shall slay you all until this damned curse is broken! Then I can rest in peaceful and eternal slumber!" Muzzy, his dire wolf, barks with equal confusion and agreement. Denares later falls at the hands of the rat guardian. For the fourth time. 10/10 will always play again.
Great rpg, armor/weapon shows on character, random dungeon generator and nice music. Bunch of enemies and spells. Enemy creatures can be charmed (1 pet at a time) and the creature fights by your side. Many classes and a lot of fun. Bad part of all this? Death is always lurking o.O 4🚢🚢🚢🚢 I give 4 only to encourage some more improvement. Highly reccomended.
Excellent Rogue-like. Nice and streamlined. Tablet mode and phone mode. Love the different character classes and companions; lots of different possible strategies.
freemasonic game to the core. devilish haircuts, freemasonic symbols, the snake, etc. it would be a great game if it weren't such a torture and made by non-freenlmasons
I'm a hardcore gamer wo was looking for a chalenge but all i neded was a paladin with an 3d5 weapon and base armor to finish the game.
OG Rogue here. Gave detailed review, five hundred characters got snipped to one hundred. Don't know why. Game needs overhaul.
Looks like it would have been a fun game. Unfortunately, it crashes every time I try to play it. Oh well. Guess I'll have to find another game to play.
