This game is AMAZING. If you have a 6th grader, download this app! It's very educational and it's easy to do. If you don't like the app, play a different game called "Harry Potter Hogwarts Mystery". It's a bit educational. (I'm 10 and in 6th grade lol)

This does NOT work for my daughter I have a problem with Adventure Academy it has downloaded on the wrong phone. I don6 know why. It downloaded on to a usable phone that's not actived. I paid for the 1 year, 4 months ago and my daughter has yet to use it. Bought ap on the install and since you have to pay for it up front I didnt realize that it wont load. Waste of money. Tried reaching customer support no one answers phone calls, I did recieve an email with a ticket number and a follow-up up email asking me to do a survey on my customer experience What customer experience, no one answers or resolves the issues of paying for something that doesn't work. I will be contacting VISA for fraudulant charges. Ugh... ashamed Google allows this.

My son LOVES Adventure Academy. We have it on our laptop and also my phone. But we can't get it onto his tablet which would be perfect if he could have it on there too. He's got an Amazon Fire tablet. Also, this past Friday he was playing on it, it was working fine. He left it to go play outside, came back and it wouldn't work. It kept acting like it was loading, but never did finish loading. Eventually it said network not connected. But it most definitely was.

I already pay for abcmouse, since (this) is by the same company I figured it would be included, but its its not. You have to pay yet another monthly fee.. You guys need to consolidate all your apps in regards to one monthly fee for EVERYTHING. Or at least make that an option. I have no problem paying for apps, but what I hate is having to keep up with a ton of ones that take money every month.

We just downloaded this app for my daughter. We already paid for 6 months. However, when you click on the app, it sends me back to the uninstall/open page. If I click open, it just sends me back to the uninstall/open page. After reading the reviews, I wish I would have never paid for this app.

I had liked this game for my 9yr old son until today. I was a bit horrified at the swearing and behavior of people playing this. I've reported the people from their profiles. I'm surprised a child's app doesn't have filters or monitors or blocking of IP addresses from abusive players.

They took money from my paypal account without getting my permission. Was able to get my money back without any issues so that was good. But i still dont know how they were able to take money from my account without really saying anything. I really had to go look and find out what website took my money because when i got charged it said age of learning inc not adventure academy. Pretty sneaky.

The app sucks dont waste your money. I downloaded it on tablet, on phone and laptop the game is not functioning correctly. I'm assuming if your computer doesnt meet all of the high requirements of the game your kids cant play. This is ofcourse to prevent poor families from being unable to access it

Great app and my kids love it. But I gave it 3 stars because it constantly freezes or logs them off and they have to reload it. It gets frustrating after a while.

I really, really wanted this to work but it doesn't. Freezes up constantly, lag time loading is HORRIBLE, and lastly- is not compatible with most new/current tablets. Overall great concept and the few times it worked, the kids loved it. When it crashes, it crashes hard and typically requires a hardboot to get the computer (Chromebook) back running.

i am starting out school so i thought i would get a head-start so i downloaded it & started it up when all of a sudden it saids " enter your e-mail address & real name for your first month free on the game!" i have the right game right it downloaded lot's of personal data. take a hint don't get this app please for your own good

Can't use it. I can download it on my own phone but Not on any of my kids' devices! Phones or Kindles! My daughter was so excited.

Frustrating when your device has limited space. Every week it keeps wanting to update and you can't play the game without updating.

Doesn't work at all. After you create an avatar you just stand outside the school and it hasn't allowed us to actually do anything else. I have emailed about the problem with no help or reply. Not happy. Loved ABC mouse but this is not as user friendly.

We downloaded the app and made payment. It worked for one day, then wanted to update and now we can't do anything. It just stays on the first page. Freezes up. So disappointed. I have tried several times to resolve these issues. Now, not only does the app still not work, after cancelling my membership they are still billing me!!

This app does provide educational content but it is constantly burried by time wasting activities like costume contests and tag.

My children love the application, and I bought the year of use and since I bought it they have not been able to use it. Very good. The only things I can think of is to add a scoreboard that listens for chat commands for when the kids want to start a game like dodgeball, tag, freeze tag, hide and seek, super soaker wars, water balloon/snowball fights, etc...there's a demand. Also, trivia bowl, so they have more motivation to do the lessons and make spamming the basketball machine less appealing. And the kids aren't a fan of items locked for higher levels if they have the money to purchase b4 the shop refresh timer

We bought a year subscription for our daughter and have tried installing, uninstalling, and reinstalling repeatedly to get it to work on both our tablet and laptop. Once you load into the game you are prompted to look up and down, and then... nothing. Like the eternal void of nothingness, your avatar is locked in one spot forever. You have to kill the app to exit. There are no controls, no GUI, and no way to play. What a terrible experience for both children and their parents.

doesn't work on brand new chromebook. I purchased my son a new chromebook to use for adventure Academy. it doesn't work so I have a membership I will never use. also the app seems to freeze. I did cancel it but it's still going to charge me for a month for a useless membership I have had for 20 minutes.

Adventure Academy is the best learning game for kids at age 8-13. Not only is it fun but helps us kids to grow in lots of knowledge. I recommend this to parents for kids. Maya age 10

This is a great educational game, with the opportunity of making friends online and communicating. CON: When you do a quest, sometimes something you do doesn't register. Example. I was doing a quest for the Math Professor. First, I had to go to the Library teacher to see what her favorite game was, completed. Next, I had to hear the Math professor's riddle, completed. Third step, was to play the Honey Harvest game (library professor's favorite game), that did *not register as complete.*

I really like this game because because its educational and fun when you get to level 7 you get a house when you get to 5 or 6 you get to explore the market place and it is so much fun.

I received a response asking me to contact there support, which has been notified since day one o I have been in contact with adventure since July 16th in regards to the app not loading. My month trial is over and just got charged, while they are trying to work this out. My son had not been able to play it still. They are fully aware of the issue and have been for a while. I haven't even had anymore responses from them since August 1. The app is not functioning and customer service is lacking!

Always saying it's not connected to the internet when there is clearly no problem with my other devices. So frustrating.

the latest update has been ridiculous. i cannot access the account and complete lessons. this has been this way for a few weeks now and i have even uninstalled to reinstall the program. it is still not working. smh

This is not the adult fyi. It is one of the kids. This is a great game. Gameplay: 4 stars. Graphics: 5 stars. Controls: 4 stars. It gets a little boring after a while, but there is always something to do that makes it exciting again. You can even run your own shop! The creaters did a great job. Have been attempting for my daughter to access the app for almost a month now and she can not use it. Have done the last two updates and still have the same issues. Spent almost an hour with customer support and problems still have not been resolved. Kind of a let down that Adventure Academy is touted as a wonderful education app for children and we still can not get issues resolved. Bit upset that I've paid for a full year in advance and my child still can not use.

Really annoyed. Go the trial. Cancelled it to purchase the deal. Uninstalled the app from both my phone and my son's phone's. I could not process the transaction. I was going to make my child lose all his progress and open a new account. So I did so with a differentbemail. Paid. Despite the app not being on my phone google play insists it is so I can't even install it........$60 and I can't even get the app?

Never received my month free to try it out. I signed up one time and then it asked me to download app. I did that. Now it's asking for my card information again.

What happened? Ordered AA for my kids last year and they loved it! Ordered it again this school year and it has been nothing but problems. One kid logs in fine, other can't do anything. Either log in and can't open the app, open it but get frozen (have to force quit), get a message acct is expired (it isn't) or a message saying there's an issue and to send a report to the developer. NOT happy about paying for usless 1yr sub. Why does it work for 1 kid and not the other? Downhill this year.

My daughter loves this app and she learns a lot, which I in turn love. But for the past week or 2 it has not been working. Do not know what is going on but wish it would be fixed so she can continue on her adventures.

My kids (10, 8, 7yrs) love Adventure Academy!! It has been a lifesaver with having to homeschool this year. My girls blove that they can find each other's avatars and play together. My kids have learned some awesome things as well! (We also ABC mouse - well worth the investment for both!)

It looked really cool when our daughter showed me the video while playing on her amazon tablet. We immediately signed up for a year only to find out it can't be downloaded to her fire tablet? We eventually gave up and downloaded it on our iMac only to find out that the current version needs to be update as soon as we downloaded it - only issue now is that it keeps crashing at the very end of the update and says that it failed. Gotta say we really wanted to use the platform, but we've wasted hours just trying to get it to work... It honestly shouldn't be this hard - especially for a paid app?

I want may money back, I have yet to be able to log in and the free month that's a Joke. I keep trying to reset my password but it's no allowing me to and my complaint would not even submit on your web site . I've already been charge for a program I can't even use much less log into.

I left a bad review at first because we were not able to access Adventure Accedmy on any of our device's including laptops. However, we were working off of mobile data and hotspot. We had wifi installed today and now are able to access it. My son loves it! I think it's great as long as you do not live in a remote area like we do, and are not counting on your mobile data or cellular hotspot. If you don't have WiFi, it will not work.

I have a love - hate relationship with this app. My kids love it. It is engaging and educational. They want to use it daily. I would give 5 stars for content. I would give 1 star for bugs and glitches. One month after we first downloaded it (and bought a long subscription), it quit working. It would only load the "blue screen of death," and the only way to get rid of the blue screen was to load the computer's Task Manager. We were using a laptop (not a tablet or chromebook...a "normal" laptop PC). We went back and forth with customer help, and after grilling us on basic computer skills (yes, we tried turning it off and on; yes, our operating system is current and updated; yes, we were on a laptop, etc.), they sent us a 3-page set of instructions to try that were so advanced it felt like I was reading another language. Since reprogramming my computer is beyond my skill set, I told my kids, "Sorry. It just won't work anymore." Two months later they randomly tried it again. And it worked perfectly! Then, 3 weeks later, it stopped working again. Blue screen of death. I just uninstalled it and am attempting to reinstall it. I hope it works, because otherwise, we might just have to wait a few more months. Maybe it will update itself and start working again. I figured the average of 5 and 1 is 3, so that's how I picked 3 stars for the review.

This one month free trial was my intention to see whether or not this was worth the money. Their charging me right away actually took food out of my kids mouths this month. I like that my daughter can make friends and play a game while she is learning! She actaully has fun learning! Except she dosen't like when she chats there are some words she can't say. And she has been looking for three rocks for a couple weeks and she hasn't found a single one. She complains about how long it takes for it to load. She loves the game though!!!!!!!!

Really well made educational game, although some quests become painfully tedious, and at times unbalance the actual learning content it's still a briliant learning experience. Packed full of games, novels, books and play it also boasts customizable character upgrades and lots more. Hopefully the next version has less tedious quests with little in the way of rewards and more educational problems to gain experience. Still a complete masterpiece of educational excellence.

I'm glad I'm testing it out before giving my children the opportunity to get this frustrated. everything takes so long to load/ lag time is horrendously slow. It's constantly bringing me out to the front lawn where I have to pick my character again. Extremely hard to maneuver. somehow I managed to get out where there's actually some education. But I'm not even sure how I got there. update: the "cookie-cutter" answer seems to be everybody's problem and not my device! 😠🤬

NGL, I really love this game! It's challenging, fun, and rewarding as well, bc everytime you complete a quest or do a learning activity, you get coins to buy cool stuff. It also has been running smoothly and there hasn't been any bugs or glitches. My favorite thing about this game is how many diffrent things you can do on here! im very disappointed with this app i purchase this app during the summmer for my chlld to do, it work for a little while but now it doesnt even open. I contact the app developer they told me to uninstall the app then install it back and other diffrent things to do but it didnt solve the problem my child still cant log in i wish i can get my mloney back we paid for the year already so mad

TOTAL SCAM! We have fairly good cellphones to run it, such as Galaxy S10+ and a S20 5G from AT&T. So, it is not a speed problem either. Before the last update it used to lag so badly, and then bump players out or freeze mid game. We also had to erase a profile and start over, because it got STUCK on level 1! Now, it just won't even load to be able to cancel it! How do I STOP the $9.99 a month membership? Why would you make a game that requires commercial level internet speeds to run?

I cannot explain how good this game is it is so educational it really helps my daughter a lot and she is having so much fun she's already on level 12 and these update you guys been doing are so helpful thank you guys so much whatever you're doing keep doing.

This game is alright there's a few problems tho I hate how when I have no wi fi it kicks me out and it takes so long to get in and out of places and there should be more things to do but I do like the part where you can have friends I'm friends with my cousin and you know how I said it kicks me out that's like saying no education without WiFi

My boys love playing it, but my only complaint is that they would rather be in the "school store" buying virtual things rather than doing educational stuff.

Horrible! Don't buy!..... Bought this for my son a few days ago, from the moment we installed it we had issues and could never use it. Tried to get my money refunded and they keep saying to keep trying to use it. Then they said that one of our devices is not compatible...another excuse and still won't refund the account. Save your self the headache.

I bought the yearlong subscription and my daughter has probably only been able to play for 30 minutes total in the last month. Lots of updates and bugs everytime she tries to log on.

So my children loves this .... my 4 year old stays on the kiosk and my 7 year old well he does everything it has to offer. However i installed it on my phone and it says look for the requirement page. I am having an hard time finding that. My children wants to play and i cannot play because my device is unsupported. If you want some advertising... you can use my children cause we are always on abc mouse and this. Thanks for helping me learn.But i have to uninstall. Sad face.

Very frustrating and doesn't seem to be very compatible with Android. It won't let my son get past the tutorial even though he is following the directions. It takes forever to load interactives on the computer too. Trying it out with a free month...based on my experience s far I would not purchase.

No other game like this out there and we have tried them all, so realistic and easy to use! Have been some glitches but it's farily new so we are not to surprised and Customer Service is so easy to get ahold of and they have helped greatly! Defiently worth the money for all the wonderful edcuational games, they are fun and done well not cheaply made like other apps. Looking forward to what they come up with next!

All the quest start at a kiosk every once in a while and then when you find someone with a quest (which is a person with a "!" above their head) you can go and help them do what they asked! (quick tip: you can join a club or make one then you can get quests from there) make a club at level 10 or join clubs to level up faster! Just be careful when you're on tablet, the screen will flip due to fast movement. And also glitches, so many players equals glitches. Sad but FUN!!!!!

By far the worst program as far as bugs go. We loved it at first being able to use it on our computer then we couldn't even get it to load. Tried everything! Couldn't get any customer service rep to help. Now I'm trying to cancel and have to update before I can even do it. this app isn't compatible with my brand new phone so I'm using an old phone to try and this stupid app won't update! Not paying another $10 for something we can't use!

The website gives very little info as to what formats the App is compatible with. We have a Chrome Notebook. We were able to locate the app in Google Play, but when we open the app it only takes up a 1/3 of the screen, the other 2/3's are missing. We emailed support and received an email confirming receipt of my email and it was stated that we would receive a response within 24 hours, but nothing. Extremely disappointed... Chrome Notebooks are what our schools use...

My daughter really enjoys the app, but now it's frozen and has been for a week. Not sure why it glitches so much. Would give it a higher rating if it didn't freeze up so much.

Horrible App, not compatible apparently on anything android. Keeps saying it's not able to reach server. Sadly, I bought into the cheaper 6 month subscription and now I'm out that money. *Edit to add, I emailed the company and they handled my situation quickly and very professional. My advice is to do the 7 day trial and make sure it works properly on all your devices!!

I havent saw the other Bugs in the game but when my and kids are trying to go in the libray a bug comes up anytime Not sure if this happens to anyone else but we have made a report everytime it happens

I want to play but cant because of the fact of needing to pay for it this is a problem. If intalation is free game should be as well.not everyone as money to pay for stuff like this. We had great expectations for this game. Unfortunately, we were greatly disappointed. There are too many glitches! We gave sent them many feedbacks and complaints, but now they have disabled our in-game feedback and customer support feature in the parents section and are no longer responding to our grievances. That is a sign that this company is dishonest and unprofessional.

Bad after the new pet update it started to not work do NOT download it sucks.you can try it but it will keep kicking u out and my mom has tried EVERYTHING! And it still won't work on ANY device!!!!!!!

Great game for laptop. My daughter loves it and she was a big fan of ABC Mouse. We couldn't download to ipad since it is an older model but she is ok with that. Some glitches at times and avatar gets stuck. We usually log out and in and it fixes the problem.

Can ever get in app and can not access or download it on any other devices. Absolute waste of a year subscription!

The material is fantastic. However, I have two issues: -This app appears unavailable on the Amazon Fire 10 we bought. I found this odd, as ABC mouse is available. -I would like to see a more in depth parent interface. Something that allows me to track topics my child is doing well in, or that they might need work in.

This app is a SCAM! If you sign up for the "free" trial, and cancel within the allotted time. You will still get charged 9.99 for the next few months. I canceled this app each month I was charged. I verified in playstore subscriptions, and it was canceled! This app made unauthorized charges on my account! Re:reply That is the way I canceled the plan I simply went to Google subscriptions to verify it canceled. I set a reminder in my calendar to cancel in time to not get charged!

Couldn't even get the game to load... I tried to install the game and it kept erroring out just at the end of the download. And now i can't find a way to cancel my trial so you won't charge me because the tech support states i need to do this from inside the game menues. The idea is good, the execution is lacking.

I purchased a year subscription for this app for my child only to find out that it is not compatible with the samsung chromebook 4 we are using. Please make it available to do online, or add more device compatibility! We want to use this app!

This is not beneficial to my child. The content is not challenging enough. The user controls are poor. Just make it where you can point and click on content. Using the characters to move around isnt optimal. I won't be renewing the subscription.

The app is not reliable. It freezes and creates a blank screen. When i retry to access app it ask me to sign up to the paid service all over again. This is just irritating, i have yet to access the content of the service for my child. Will be removing app and cancel service

Takes too long to load and it is not my phone because my phone has good wifi WiFi doesn't take a long time to load stuff. I am really annoyed by that and if not fixed I am deleting the app. I hate that it takes so long to load something. I am in middle school. Can you also make the app more cheaper. Can't load. When trying to load from opening the app, it won't go further than the first logo. Very dissatisfied. I've deleted and reinstalled. Still doesn't work. It worked fine before last update.

You do not need my email and I do not need to recieve emails from you in order to play a "free" game. The only reason you want it is to s3nd junk and spam. Deleted app

So far so good. except for the fact that there are glitches within the game and no way to report them. at least no way I can find to report them. one of the glitches involves the tshirt quest. my son is quite annoyed he cannot finish the quest as the tshirt does not show up in the store.

Couldn't wait to try this and bought the year first day. Says it works on all devices but it won't work on my chromebook or Mac. So frustrated.

This is a terrible app. When my daughter first used it, it was so slow. It took 45 mins for her to get to the second level because it kept stopping. Now it wont even let her get on. She opens the app to play, and it says download app. Doesn't make sense. I think its ridiculous that it's only an app and not just a website she can go to to play from her computer. I'm also pissed that I was charged $30 for this when it was supposed to be a 30 day free trial. I've only had it for 2 weeks😡

This game isn't a good fit for my daughter. When I went to the parent section to cancel my subscription the 'my account ' icon wouldn't work. I tried to sumit a request through customer support, but it would not send. I don't know how I'm going to cancel this subscription, but I'll cancel my credit card before I pay. I feel like I got tricked into a monthly payment that I can't get out of. Very unhappy.

The negative concern is as with pretty much ALL MMOs, I guess. My kids have had a few concerning interactions, including rejecting a friend request only to have it actually accept. Daughter had a player verbally attack her within minutes of logging in. Not likely to continue with the membership. Compatibility: chromebooks took a restart to get it to work fullscreen, accidental discovery.

I downloaded this about a week ago. Now I am able to allow my son to use it and it keeps giving me an error about not being able to connect the server and kicking him out of the game. He only makes it to the doors of the academy.

Horrible App. It is supposed to be a learning app but it is just kids socializing picking there own activities with no real structure or actual learning. You do not have progressive learning steps, uou do not know if they are struggling eith a reading passage, math, etc. It is useless as a learning app. The kids have to basically teach themselves w no feedback or grade appropriate learning activities. Downloaded free month to see if it would help my child keep on track to go to 5th grade

This game is very detailed and fun. My kids have played every day since I signed them up now and they love it. Sometimes I join them because they are having so much fun. My 8 yr old son loves hitting me with his fast facts that his gets from the app. My 11 yr old loves the graphics and different places to travel. Best game ever!!!!

My daughter loves this game but she can never play. The game freezes and an error pops up, she can not go any father in the game. She hasnt been able to play in a few months.

We enjoy Adventure Academy. It covers Language Arts, Math, Science and Social Studies and subcategories in each with colorful digital books and magazines included in the game. Our problem is finding a tablet, phone or computer that will allow the game to download and play. Adventure Academy does NOT work on our Android 8 (Go Edition) tablets. Adventure Academy does not work on our Android 6 smartphone. So far it is only compatible with our Windows 10 computer.8/15/19 NOT COMPATIBLE WITH WINDOWS 10 TABLET

This game is a great way for kids to learn math, reading and more in a fun way. With being online it makes it more fun to have people around also playing. The only thing it doesn't make the kids do much that will actually teach them something, although it is overall a good app.

With the many poor reviews I read on here, I was skeptical. But I read the compatibility section and verified before starting. Runs great on our Windows 10 laptop, which my 9yo daughter loves to play, and I can occasionally check-in on my Samsung S9. However, it is obvious that it is still new and has some bugs to work out. But that is true of almost every MMO, (*cough* ESO). I think AA really has something here, and if developed right, will still be here in a few years for my two younger sons.

It's like the next step after ABC mouse update 9/29/2020 I have been playing this on my Chromebook for a while.. recently it stopped working, please fix bugs associated with this. It does load on mobile devices though.

If I were you I would never get this game. my kids hate this game, after they got the update it would never let them play it. It would always stop around 30. and the kids got realy mad at the game and that is why the kids never ever play the game any more.

Pretty upset! I downloaded this game for my 2 sons that I know will absolutely love it but their Samsung Galaxy tablets dont have an operating system of 6.0 or higher and I figured I could upgrade the operating system but it's not letting me so now I'm out $81 because i decided to skip the 3p day trial and just purchased the year subscription. Overall my children and myself love the app! It's a great substitute for our home schooling on days when we're out and about, need a casual day, etc. Only dislike I have is the parenting section progress tracker. It no longer shows what day recent activities are done and you can't check how many minutes spent, what days they were on or what specific activities were done for previous weeks. This makes it hard to log and keep track if I forget to log their work right away.

My 2 daughters love adventure academy it inspires them to do great. They learn Math, Reading, Science and so much more. Your kids should do it they can be smarter than they already are. It is learning and fun.

Constantly cannot connect to this game. We spent a lot of money on this app and all we get is "cannot connect to the server". It's not a Wi-Fi error on our end so I have no idea how to fix it. It glitches a lot too. Looking for a refund.

Great when it works..unfortunately it is not currently working and all I did was log out. Now it is stuck on a blue screen even after Uninstalled and reinstalled. I hope I can get it working again soon!

I really like this app, my only complaint is 6that it needs really good internet or lets it will kick you out a lot but if you have good enough internet it is a really fun app

Well, I'm one of the many people who were scammed into a 1 year subscription for an app that absolutely doesn't work! all that money wasted! my kids spend the entire time waiting for the program to load. It's a complete mess. What they are doing is a shame and should not be allowed. If the app isn't ready, they should not be allowed to put it out there and taking people's money! They wont event provide a refund for their pathetic app and I was a loyal ABC mouse customer for years.

I did buy a plan thinking it was abc mouse and only learned they are not AFTER paying. I figured I'd put it on my sons tablet(Samsung Galaxy Tab A) but it it not compatible. I probably just pissed away $60 for the year on an app that will never be used. Hopefully this review stays up and helps someone to NOT BUY THIS APP. Why are we still not able to enter the mansion at the beginning of the game??? This is not a cheap app!! Where are thr developers?? What is the deal here?? _______________ I had to Uninstall the app, restart the Samsung A10, reinstall the app and finally be able to get it to work and enter the mansion. So far so good. But this should be fixed on first install.

this is the best educational game I have ever seen and played. the only thing I frown about is sometimes the game will freeze. I love this game 100%. it's not fully developed. after so many levels you can't do anything but the kiosks and that made my child bored.

My 10 year old says it's easy to understand and fun to play. It kept him occupied for hours between the studies of Math, Science and Language Arts and chatting with other children in the game. For an Introductory price for 2 months, I paid $9.99.

I would give this 5 starts if it was also available on the Amazon app market. My daughter loves this app and it's a great suppliment to our homeschool. However I purchased a full year for her and abc mouse for her sisters and bought them each Amazon fire tablets for the child safety features. I realized shortly after that while my two younger children could play abc mouse adventure academy is not available in Amazon app market for my older daughter.

Awesome game, but it does not have good graphics, and lags a lot, overheats the phone, a galaxy note 8.

This app would not let my child get beyond talking to the 1st girl. And then when I went to cancel - it will not issue a refund. Very disappointed.

I gave this an extra star because I truly appreciate how quick and easy it was to get a refund. The graphics are awesome but the game takes forever to load and is glitchy (no matter how many times he tried, my son could not interact with certain characters that tbe game told him to interact with). It's a great idea but definitely not there yet. I'd give them a second chance if the tech issues were resolved (specially the "dial up" speed loading lol.)

I liked it at first but after a while it got slower and slower than usual and it will kick you out too also do not use it on a road trip because I have been trying and trying to get it to work over and over so my rating is one star.🙍
